Really fix it or find yourself in Bastille... there's lots of work concerning that faction to get it done properly. You can't use anything besides civilian stuff (until faction agrees and for example Zoners not agreed for caps neither GMG for snubs) and as well you can't use capital ships with vigilante ID (which fits your RP best)
