As for standard scrap, the current pricenerf was more an exploit fix then the final revision of it. I'll try and get with Xoria to work something out. This is low priority however.
That would be good. Tried the Premium scrap miniing in 3 locations today,and well....It is not worth the time. Drops with Salvager/junker ID/all mining turrets was 2-8 per rock and up to 16 per rock. Rocks to shoot were few, and it took 20 minutes to fill up, and another 15-20 to deliver, with crap return cargo. So in 6 runs i made about 14-20 mil per hour. Can make double that on just about any trading run,and triple smuggling. The reg scrap mining from same location, to same sell points were double even in 4.85. Drops were 3-4 times what the Premium scrap is, and sold for only 600less per. So if Premium scrap is a new improved product for junkers? well need to really REALLY increase drop rate, or sell price.
If you fly 20k to Planet Crete you can get Artifacts, to return to Planet New London, which is a very profitable return trip. Take some H-Fuel back to Trafalgar and return to mining.

I was thinking Legal return trip. As i said smuggling far more profitable. But looks like that is all anyone wants a junker to do. So hell with it. OORP smuggling it is through Guard systems.
Hell not like Lawfuls ever check thier own wanted lists, or they would know my ship is wanted for many things. I can sit infront of LN chatting, and they do nothing with 85mil in unpaid fines.

Texas field, near Puerto Rico JH. Very very poor drops. Almost no rocks to shoot, and drop was 2-8 average.
NL field South west corner from our base. A little more to shoot then Texas, but drops were still 2-10.
Tried 2 areas i found in NY but they were utterly pointless, as drops were sometimes 0 up to 6 per.
I would try Some Rheinland spots, but my Junker is hostile to Corps, so all turn red if 1 shows up. Those are the main fields I know of for scrap. Not sure if some Premium Scrap locations elsewhere. Other then Gallia, but i stay clear of it mostly. Give me more locations here, or in PM i will try those to. But so far drop rate, time traveled is not worth it compared to trading or smuggling.

True, but they have to prove i am going there, other wise it is a legal cargo. Same as breaking Liberty/Rheinland Embargo. I cannot stop someong in NY with my LSF claiming he is going to Rheinland. I would have to nab him at border.

Besides, anyone with half a brain can figure out that a Junker with Scrap Metal going to Cambridge is not taking the scrap to Liberty or Bretonia and if you were going to take scrap to Rheinland you may as well have started in Rheinland.

I am trying to work with Aeternus Doleo and see if we get figure some stuff out for all of the server about the Prem scrap as it is a new item.
