"First patrol after getting back from other jobs and si it felt good to be back.
Starting, as usual, from Malta I headed to Cali and checked the frog's base. What was everyone else up to this past week?, having cibi e bevande with the frogs while watching them haul in supplies? I hope not, but they now have increased the size of their base and placed two weapons platforms, which I managed to avoid as I activated the base's shields.
Leaving Tau 23 I headed through Kyushu and into Hokkaido where I joined the GC for a patrol of the system, nailing of a few Kusarian pilots then back to Ainu for a feed.
From here I swung through southern Kusarian space to Galileo and the Hackers base there.
From here I took a load of piloting software and headed back to Shikoku where I encountered a Kusarian pilot by the name of "Teji" who quickly agreed to pay me 2 Million credits to let them pass.
After this I returned to Cali where I received an emergency transmission from a LWB operative who was floating in Alpha after being breached by two Sairs who had somehow slipped the net and made it in. As fast as I could I headed to where the operative said he was floating but I failed to find an escape pod which I found out a short time later had be picked up by a Maltese Battleship Patrol.
So I delivered the piloting software and headed to the pub for another feed."

"What a great day and patrol.
As usual I launched from planet Malta intended to head to Tau 23, but I was stopped by Juan Morales who was requesting to join our cause, and another pilot by the name of "Tresher" who was wanting assistance at improving his standing within the Maltese Nation (//increase Rep).
So I offered to Juan to come on a patrol on a probationary basis and we then offered to help Signore Tresher. From Malta I ensured Juan was sufficiently equiped and we then headed to Cali in Tau 23 to stage a series of attacks on some frog and bounty hunter patrol wings.
Destroying high number of frog and bunter rookies Signore Tresher took his leave and returned to Malta while Juan and I took a break upon Cali. While Juan contacted people back on Malta, I'm presuming his mother, I was blessed with the appearance of a great Spirit who imparted to me painful images of Order Operatives killing many spirits. After this a frog battleship and Colonial vessel entered Tau 23 and approached the area around Cali. Since Juan and I couldn't successfully engage the hostiles and not wanting to endanger the lives of others we jumped to Tau 29, Tau 31 and Newcastle where we stopped upon Cape Wrath.
After the re-fueling we proceed to Mactan Base, Montezuma and Cochrane bases eliminating all hostile forces we encountered, sadly they were all rookies and higher bounties couldn't be obtained.
Following the stop upon Cochrane we proceeded to Colorado, Kepler and Shikoku (using the codes provided by the Lane Hackers to gain access through the gate from Kepler to Shikoku).
Upon exiting the gate from Kepler we engaged the Kusarian Rookie forces till a Bunter transport codenamed "KyAZ" arrived carrying Gate lane parts, I didn't know the bunters transported that.
But Juan and I stopped him and requested credits, but due to his claim of being broke I shortened the requested amount but "KyAZ" tried to escape. Having none of that we opened fire and after a period of time the hull of his craft was breached and the contents were spilled. We tried to find his escape pod but we couldn't find any.
From here we flew to Ainu for a short break, and boy those girls know how to make that rice so tasty. After the feed and refuel we headed to Kyushu where we were contacted by Maggiore Esteban. Due to differing locations we agreed to meet upon Cali.
While arriving at Cali an un-natural force was before us. The power readings were off the chart and we were not sure what to do. As we approached the force dis-integrated before us leaving nothing behind, not even traces.
After meeting up with Esteban the three of us did a sweep of Tau 23 finding a frog transport by the name of "Thorkel|IDF" heading for the Orkney jumphole. Following it through we were unable to engage it as it cowered by the frog Battleship. And by sheer luck an ION storm blew through and after it cleared another frog Battleship by the name of "Jeanne.d'Arc" was there. With no hope against two battleships Juan, Esteban and I returned to Tau 23 and jumped to Tau 37.
While in Tau 37 my luck couldn't quite get any better but it did as another great Spirit "K'Hara|Mnemosyne" appeared, wished us well as we passed, then went out of scanner range as we approached the jumphole to home.
Jumping home we headed to Malta were we stopped for a feed before Juan had to head off, Esteban had to head off and I headed off to write this report."

"After Juan's probationary patrol yesterday I took him out again for his first proper patrol.
Firstly we headed to Sigma 19 from Alpha via Beta. Here we sweeped the system and engaged two rookie OSC cruises and a single Corsair wing. After their demise we proceeded to Yanagi in Sigma 13 for refueling and a break. It was here that Juan was offered and ate a burger despite my warnings.
From Yanagi we proceeded to Bering via Frankfurt and Hamburg but it was here that Juan succumbed to the burger and fell badly ill. From my time being bedridden upon Rochester I know how he felt so I helped him to the Hospital upon Freeport 2 where he stayed with the medical staff for a period of time.
After staying with Juan for a while Juan informed me the doctors were wishing to try a new drug to help him recover. I was curious though reluctant but Juan, maybe stupidly, accepted without hesitation.
Juan and the nurses informed me he was safe with them so I reluctantly continued my patrol heading to Buffalo Base via the Hudson and Texas systems.
From here I proceeded to Rochester, then up through Kepler, Galileo, Shikoku, and Kyushu to Cali Base in Tau 23 for a quick splash and dash then back home to Malta.
Upon arriving back to Malta I was informed by Juan, via a shortburst transmission, that the drugs were some powerful stuff and he was, in his words, "Better than ever". But the slight wince in his voice and my gut told me he wasn't 100% but wasn't going to put a Junker burger between him and making myself, you Claes and the rest of us proud for accepting him.
So I put my faith in him to continue the patrol and turned in for a feed and then wrote this. Juan should, but most likely will, provide a report when he returns."
First Patrol was the other day. Leaving Malta the Capitano of the "MNS-Jogar" invited me to accompany him in dealling to a BHG flight captain. This mission was an astounding success and the Capitano left shortly afterwards, I presume to celebrate with his crew.
It was from here the Capitano of a Liner named "Buenos.Aires" contacted me and we headed towards Magellan via Bretonian Space. Halfway there my scimitar suffered significant damage from a Frog battleship patrol and with the Capitano's best wishes I returned to Malta for repairs.
Second patrol started the next day, when the repairs were completed. I headed to Tau 37 where an IMG transport by the name of "Ramble. On" paid a donation; so I let him be, and headed to Cali base, the GMS base and then back to Malta.
After a short break I proceeded to Sigma 19 via Omicron Beta. From here I visited the Girls on Matsuda, then proceeded to Honshu, Yanagi Depot in Sigma 13, Sigma 17, Sigma 19 and them back to Omicron Beta where I found a gun called an 'Iron Hammer'. How good it is is unknown as the engineers on Valetta informed me that it couldn't be mounted on my scimitar. So after acquiring the weapon I flew back to Malta."

Systems visited:
Tau-37, Tau-23, Tau-29, Tau-31, Kyushu
Horacio and me were taking a look around Tau-23, where we ran into signora White.Rose... of the Golden Chrysanthemums, flying one of their bombers. She decided to accompany us on our patrol after I tried to chase an unknown contact she had discovered jumping to Tau-29, but I lost it from my scanners...
She managed to find the same one again flying through Kyushu just a little later, but it seems she let it go after a scan - a Zoner transport called \>M</.
Horacio and the signora also spotted a freelancer flying a Bretonian freighter, one that refused to stop for a scan. I managed to intercept it just before it reached the tradelane! The pilota was... a little bislacco to say the least, as was his accent. James.Malton, he called himself. After some questions, he managed to convince me he was working for nobody but himself, flying in goods from... Bretonia? I got some entertainment devices I had never seen before off him for a good price, while Horacio e signora White Rose were teaching an unfriendly capitano a lesson. Sadly, I didn't get to see the explosion, but she didn't even pick up any of the pearls he was carrying! Pssh... "Just tea", she said!
A little while later, after the GC signora had left us, we managed to catch a huge Interspace transport! It was a Libertonian model, I believe... They were carrying expensive, unrefined diamonds. The capitano tried his best to speak a little Maltese, it was amusing! Still, the IC|Flox left for New Tokyo 20 diamonds and 3,5 million credits lighter.
Shortly after, we scanned another bypassing Zoner transport, the Sur-Sydwn. A very friendly capitano! He was carrying something I hadn't known... "Iridium", he called it. Some metal, I think? He agreed to give us a donation of one million credits, and went on with his business.
Now, there is two more things I should mention. Firstly, I received a transmission from a Rogue complaining about some of these CoJ idiote, signor Darrell was his name... Oh, let me just attach the log, si?
Quote:CFH-Dimebag.Darrell:Greetings 75th, your group at one time vouched for Maverick and Fouzboy, yes? Camilla.Petrucci[75th]: Uh... ciao! Scusa, I was a little busy. CFH-Dimebag.Darrell:No problem. Now, do the Outcasts claim these CoJ as their own? Camilla.Petrucci[75th]: I certainly don't, signore. You are a... Rogue, si? I have heard some.. stories about them causing trouble, I'm sure no one on Malta would weep for them. You would have to ask signora Leslie to be sure... What's the matter? CFH-Dimebag.Darrell:They have allied themselves with Hellfire, and are sitting outside Rogue bases, shooting us. Camilla.Petrucci[75th]: Oh... serio? Merda... I'm afraid we can't do much now, signore, we are at Malta and about to end our day, not much fuel left... CFH-Dimebag.Darrell:Understood, but I hope these tools are not working with the Dons blessings. Camilla.Petrucci[75th]: Of course not! Would you mind recording evidence of this and sending it to us? I'm sure they won't get away unscathed... CFH-Dimebag.Darrell:My guncams recorded their conversation. Camilla.Petrucci[75th]: *She nods* Comprendo, will you be able to send it to us? CFH-Dimebag.Darrell:Yeah, had a problem so it doesn't show the part about them allying, but it does plainly show them working with HF Camilla.Petrucci[75th]: Oh, bene! I hear from 'Cio.. eh, Horacio, my wingmate, that they are more known for trouble than I thought. CFH-Dimebag.Darrell:Them shooting me down was proving their usefulness to HF. Camilla.Petrucci[75th]: Si, receiving your evidence will certainly help, signore. And I'll know what to do when I run into one of these culi... I apologize for their actions, also... They certainly don't represent Malta and our intentions. CFH-Dimebag.Darrell:I'll make sure to pass it along once I can get to a terminal. Right now though I need to start replacing hullpanels. Camilla.Petrucci[75th]: Grazie mille for informing us, signore, and I hope you are well. We'll hear from you, si? A presto!
It is quite bad... the second thing is better news, though. We met the capitano of the Sur-Sydwn again, right at Malta! It turns out he has been supporting the empire with supplies and through distributing Cardamine for quite a while... Of course, we had a nice talk - 'Cio and me decided to send him his credits back, I would not feel right about... borrowing money from our smugglers. Rather, I offered the capitano our help, and so did he.
Quote:Sur-Sydwn:If you ever need anything delivered or supplied with due haste, don't hestitate to tell me either. I'm happy to oblige. Camilla.Petrucci[75th]: Grazie! I will let commandante Leslie know.
That would be all for now. My comm device seems to be having some issues, so I will submit this in the coming days.

"I'm not able to get these thoughts out of my head since I met a great Guardian Spirit roughly a week ago. Truly magnificent creatures they are, and Maltese Nation is blessed with their sympathy. When a great Guardian Spirit touched my mind with a gesture of recognition I saw an ancient marvelous structure. I can say it hidden somewhere within Bretonia space, cause the picture of background nebulas is very familiar. I've to find it.
I've took off from Malta and take regular route to Newcastle system through Taus - 37, 23, 29, 31, refueled at Cali and Cape Wraith. I know Newcastle good enough, but after I've made a detailed search inside Barrier nebula outcrop, a jump hole to the system previously unknown to me was found. Local Mollies tell me that this system is called Dundee and was a battlefield at the time of a war between Bretonia and Kusari. Most likely, cause system is abundant with a shipwrecks. While exploring I've found an interesting piece of Kusarian military technology - Kintano gun. I've delivered it to Malta and like to transfer it to Fantasmi, maybe Comandante will find a good buyer for this. After that I've visited and searched Edinburgh system, but wasn't able to find what I was looking for. Anyway I know that I'm on the right way, cause great Guardian Spirit clearly shows me its goodwill, while my searches I've found not only a gun. I'm sending details with a courier to Comandante and Maggiore Petrucci."

"Damn, there I've nothing left but trying to deceive myself with proverbs like: "With time and patience the leaf of the mulberry becomes satin." My failure saddens me, well less than the fact, that Comandante gone missing, but still. I've clearly misunderstand something in the spirits message. I've combed Bretonian space during last week, found lots and lots of things: hidden bases and shipwrecks; I've seen monument of Mollies struggle for Independence - Goldern Coin. I've make a contact with [M]-Shamrock.Shaker and got an invitation to apply for docking rights for Goldern Coin for 75th, these Mollies are generous folk. And on the fifth day of search in the desolate Chester system I've got a faint echo from some spacestation-sized object hidden inside a dark nebula. When I saw it my heart gave an intermission for a second.
I've rushed to a base and found it's docks were active, sending a wave of lesser spirits to kill me. Thats puzzles me, if I was founded unworthy then why a great Guardian Spirit sent me here after all?
All my attempts to make a contact were futile. Looks like no sentient beings were within this dark base. To ascertain my speculations I've performed gravimetric scan of the base while avoiding fire.
It's less then 20% of base shows any activity. Base is dormant, waiting for something. Maybe this is an automated supply depot of some kind, I don't know, but I'm sure that my quest is far from end. I leave to Cape Wrath ashamed and depressed, but I'll go further to border systems between Bretonia and Liberty, maybe I've misinterpret my vision and it was "east" side of the Barrier nebula.
Notice to 75th: I've got rather full map for Bretonian Jumpholes network while my search, contact me if need it"

At last I can get to my ship. For a week I was knocking at all doors at Malta, but arrange this deal with supplies, Junkers will drop them at Valetta, I've left a prerecorded messages to them.
I've taken a usual route to Cape Wraith, scaring some rock munching IMG moles by the way. Though the main surprise awaits me at Cape Wraith. Bases long range scanners detected something with a signature of Rheinland warship, moving to a sector D8. Cape WraithScanners report. I've chased it through Inverness system to Cortez, where it was able to break away from me in ice fields.
Thats rather strange, I should ask around rogues at Montezuma base on my way back, is that possible for them to give a shelter to Rheinlanders or those krauts were pros and went "silent run" when detected me?
After refueling at Mactan I've moved to a Kansas system I was intended to search. Darn those Hackers, their prices on fuel can bring an IC CEO to utter poverty. Anyway this Kansas system is a perfect place to start.
This system reminds me of Gallia - empty and cold. Local asteroid fields are just a medley of barren rocks lacks of any traces of mineral resources. Ancient wreck can be found within these fields Junction wreck scan

Earlier this week I took the liberty to get some more intel on that defense platform them Baffin zoners build on the jumphole.
The station itself, also known as Malaclypse station is approximatly 2 kilometers away from the jumphole.
The "platforms of death" are build on two sides of the jumphole in rows of three. Judging on the size and velocity of the rounds they fire I would say they are all fitted with heavy weaponry. Ment to take out or at least cripple capital ships.
While I was in the system I also picked up a transmission, I tracked it and it came from Malaclypse Freeport. Long story short, it seems that if we ask these zoners for access rights, they'll let us pass through their system again.
It might also be interesting to know that our ships are agile enough to get through the barrage of these six platforms if you want to jump to Tau-29... However, if you jump from Tau-29 to Baffin, a certain death awaits you.
