Source of this problem is that we had a wipe and all characters that never logged in since January 31 were deleted. This was announced long before the wipe both on server and on forum, giving everyone who was interested a chance to secure their characters by logging in at least once.
No, your characters don't exist on server any longer. And yes, you may get a compensation if you start new characters and launch from Manhattan at least once. Then PM me charnames and sums that you want.
