Returning/New Administrators

Funny enough a lot of the suggestions have been/are/will be discussed, but not good enough I see.

There is a HUGE difference between saying:
"Hey, I noticed this. What about doing this or changing it to this? It could help here and here"
Versus
"That was such a bad decision. Jesus don't the staff know anything? This cesspool of a place is just getting worse. Maybe if they actually did crap like changing it this in the first place, we wouldn't be here. God they are worthless right now."

That right there is the difference of having your words listened to, even if they don't get implemented, versus either being ignored or the desire to discuss/implement those changes non-existent.
