Going to be going down to Heisenberg with Asp to make sure she gets there alright, I'll probably be heading straight back but just in case I'm passing out by the time we make it there, figured I'd let you know where I'd be and also make sure you know something potentially important.
We ran into Caliban and he's pissy about something between you and the Core and even went as far as to make a threat about it and had the fucking gall to ask me to relay it to you so, watch your arse for me, yeah?
Oh and you better still have that pink t-shirt Asp just told me about, I'm dying to see it.

Hey there.
He can bark and yap to his little cybernetic heart's content, 'cause I ain't done a thing besides greeting him in front of his Core buddies. Maybe he's got his panties in a twist because I did that while flying on my Falchion - they might've gotten the impression that their favourite merc is friends with one of their worst enemies - again, I ain't done nothin' to them either, it's all guilt by association at this point. And if he's planning to snap my neck for something as insignificant as that, he'll have to get in line.
Anyhow, thanks for the warning. I'm also going to be stopping by for a spell in Rheinland - business that'll take a couple of days at most. Got a lot of work that needs to be doing back home, too. Especially fishing out Aspen's Dromedary from the maintenance bay, that's gonna be fun. But don't worry, it's nothing I can't solve while lazing around in the comfort of my room.

Pfft, doesn't surprise it's something as simple as that with Caliban, another day, another bloody nutter.
Good to hear about the from the comfort of your room bit regarding the work, I can definitely come up with a few ideas if any of it starts to feel a bit too stressful.
Oh, and I already volunteered to Asp' to ferry the Dandelion down to Heisenberg if the need arises, so that's one less thing you'll have to worry about.
Regarding the training. I'd check out a primary and side arm from the quartermaster if I were you as I've got an option for Tachyon, Plasma, Laser and Ballistics covered already, so if you fancy trying something else, requisition that, or if you want to try a Laser or Ballistic rifle, one of those, my two of those are side arms.
Hey, figured I should probably send this message before I pass back out but there was something I should have said yesterday, back when you said you wanted to hide on a planet and run for the rest of time that I didn't.
So I guess I'll say it now.
[A long sigh, almost as if there was a reluctance to continue with what she was about to say.]
It's... funny, in that twisted bloody sense of humour that seems to haunt my fucking life but...
[Her voice carried a weight of sadness to it as she went on.]
But if you had said that to me two weeks ago, or even just the day before yesterday I would have been... thrilled, delighted, ecstatic. But now it's just a case of...
[Another sigh, this one sounding more exhausted than anything.]
It doesn't feel like stepping back is an option anymore and I hate that because it reminds me of Leeds, back when Gav, Kels, Jace and Alex all wanted to go and run off to fight. I was surprisingly the only one against it, but I never felt like I could walk away from it because they were my friends and I couldn't leave them to fight on their own. I know Aspen would tell me I don't need to do this for her and all, but like you said I suppose somethings about people just can't change.
And... Kris, you won't become the next Ca-, the next Vincent, I'm not going to let that happen, I promise you. That being said though, I know this won't be easy for any of us, so... do me a favour, doll.
Don't let those doubts burrow inside your head, I know you're stronger than that, and it kills me that it seems almost everyone but you can see as much and remember, yesterday wasn't your fault. I've realised now it was me poking around near the anomaly that set off yesterday.
Either way, I promise we'll all get through this, and you'll get to go and visit your mom in no time, we just all need to stick together until then.

Hey, Becca. Not to worry. I know all of you have my back. But I feel especially safe around you. I know I won't end up like he did.
You're always there to make sure I don't fall off the deep end, even when the going gets really tough. I don't know what I'd do without your grit behind my back. It's your strength that probably helped a lot of folks down on Erie, and that same strength is now helping me too.

Vicky's husband came through, whatever could be recovered has been decrypted and I have a plan.
I'm setting off for Skagen in a few days, I'd rather we talked before I head off but we'll see how things go on that front.
But I figured I'd also give you access to the logs that were pulled from the PDA. Heads up that seven is a hard listen, so... yeah, don't feel forced to tank through it as it still doesn't confirm anything.
