Online BF2142 "ftw". Fun game. It had some lowluts, but you could ALWAYS find someone serious to have as gunner, or to be the gunner of in vehicles, plus decent squads/squad leaders. And most times, the commanders were fine on their jobs!
And about that akimbo everything, yes, you can pretty much akimbo everything, but let say, its inacurate and pretty hard to stay like that for more than a minute or two if they arent guns that can easily be held with only one hand.
Modern Warfare 2s campaign was good, but hideously short and it tried to wow you far too much, they were trying too hard. The multiplayer. Well, Spec ops, which I have played with my friends is an absolute hoot, I love it, as for competitive multiplayer, well it is far too inconsistent for my liking, you simply can't get good at it. Some games you play brilliantly (I got 30 kills and 2 deaths one match) and some games you play terribly. Also I feel the map design is really not that of a AAA title, I mean Rundown, if you spawn on the wrong side it is just game over.
Dream Theater - "Sabre120 and Jongleur officially win. That is all."
I've been thinking on getting this game, but solely for single player experience like I have gotten all the previous ones. For some reason I almost never play any shooter online where the multiplayer is kinda bonus when the campaign has been played through. And it's sad that now you can't release a good shooter without having the obligatory "MULTIPLAYER" component in it. It makes me feel a sick at reading the back-covers hyping the innovative and having thousand unique weapons.
I think that an excellent game stands on it's own without a need for adding the MP. Like Half-life series.
