No, that's what you think i am signaling, but I'm bluntly telling you that's not what I'm signaling. What I'm saying is that I honestly expected too much. As in, there were few people in NY, he had backup just in case i pulled a fast one, and so i thought he would talkady talkady. But dude, it's perfectly fine, there's nothing wrong with what he did. All i did was want to give a neutral feedback. I'm not insulting him or you or the faction or whatever else, so there's no reason for you to defend him as such.

You mean my posts before? My last post was referring to about 3-4 months ago before my inactivity.

I do not agree with your point of view nor the intention of your post. That is all.

This one?
' Wrote:The trick to doing that is going to NY when there are fewer Lawfuls around. That way, one little LN guy would rather RP with you than fight you. (Obviously). That's what i do occasionally with my Storta and it ends up awesome for the most part my friend.
DRV... Did you REALLY just say that Jeff Blue didn't offer enough RP? Have you read the chatlog there?
The only flaws I see are a few abbreviations (u instead of you) and some grammar errors. I hardly think you have any grounds to complain about a lack of RP in that interaction dude.
Unless of course you're following some other agenda, which would explain why you post in here literally every time someone else does. I might suspect it's because you have a personal dislike of a prominant member of my faction. But maybe I'm wrong.
The other day, I met this [LN] fighter, Remus (I cannot remember his last name. Very funny guy, by the way, no complaints about him), as I was on my Scylla. So, we started talking and all that, was cool, and I was expecting him to bring backup and all that, of course, and I thought it'd be fun and all. In the worse case, there was the Respawn button.
What surprised me is that he basically went ''BRB'' (all before any engagement, so I waited for him and he didn't flee) and ¸switched char to a Secondary Fleet LABC, the Captain being his [LN] guy. I didn't really mind it, personally, but I was wondering, is this normal? It -did- feel... awkward.

No this is not normal, never heard this kind of thing before. And I will talk to him to confirm if this is true.
That's a pretty lame move of him if he actually abused your trust as a player to swap to a vessel that could combat yours. I apologize in advance, if this is true.
However, how did he exactly swap his character. F1? Since you said he didn't flee.
Finally, do you have any evidence of this? DSAce Chatlog, or screenshots?

Well, I got a SS of his LABC's blue message, but I do not have them on this computer. As for how he switched character, I guess he went to Manhattan and switched char there, then came back with a LABC. I'm pretty sure it's the same guy since he asked me if he could re-engage the GB that was with me with a fighter (by that time, he was back on his [LN]). I let him stay in system, but did not let him re-engage.
EDIT: By not fleeing, I meant that there was no engagement between the two of us before he switched.

• He did not say "brb" or anything of similar OORP-nature. He stated in full Role-Play this exact sentence:
"I am going to get the Douglas."
• His character, Remus Sius is the Captain of the LABC Douglas (in Role-Play).
• He maintained a distance of approximately 4K from your ship during your conversation with [LN]-Remus.Sius.
• The first thing he did once he got the LABC out was to engage in combat with a Phantom Cruiser (confirmed by [LN]-Jennifer.Kelly), and was subsequently shot down during that battle.
• He then swapped back to his [LN]-Remus.Sius character. At this point I feel that he should just patrol another system instead of asking you if he could re-engage the Gunboat whom you were with. In this case the term re-engage would imply he already was killed in the New York system and had already encountered you before (see first point). I respect the fact that you allowed him to stay in the system though.
If these statements are true, then I cannot see any wrongful actions (except the last point, which I will address). If the LABC Douglas had no Role-Play connection to the character of [LN]-Remus.Sius, it would be something similar of a Trader who was shot down, swapping to his Gunboat to shoot a few Pirate Fighters. But in this instance, that Trader was never shot down (because he was never in an engagement in the first place), and in Role-Play also owned a Gunboat.
Is there anything that is conflicting with your version on this particular issue?
