The night was calm until I got on duty for second time today. I've been sent to Leeds, to assist in the front.
While flying to the Stokes, I got a distress call from George Takei, in the first place, I though it was a bad joke, but it was a truly honorable samurai, fighting against 2 BTA vessels. I jumped in to assist him, if I knew what will come for that, I'd not jumped. A third BTA came to assist the others two, and a BAF pilot by the name of Roland Gilead came too.
Me and Takei were doing a nice job, while I was draging all the Siderwinder missiles, Takei was hurting one of the BTA. And we would destroyed it, if they'd not started with their low tactics. Every time we took their shields, they ran to the Battleship Derby. They got a couple of reinforcements, and we did as well, one AFA pilot came to assist, and 2 corsairs who were passing there helped us too.
I'm happy to announce that we didn't lose anyship, and their side lost 4 ships, and one was forced to retreat before the fight eneded, and the rest of them (3-4 more) retreated. We retreated to Stokes, were Takei and me docked for repairs.
I was patrolling Kyushu today when I heard GC blabbering over the comms in the Kyushu system.
It was the grysantemum Venom. I ran into her earlier today when the Shinshiro was in transit. I warned her that time to stop pirating. obviously, she didn`t lsiten.
so I went to look for her. I didn`t find her right away. what I did find was an Outcast bomber attacking a trading vessel, the Dancing Bears Too. (these gajin names are uncomprehencible)
I told the Outcast to leave. he ran and that was that. I continued down the lanes to the TAU 29 gate to find that GC. I didn`t find her. what I did find after 2 more runs through the lanes was the same outcast attacking yet another trader near the lanes to the TAU 29 gate. this time I decided to remove him by force, seeing as he didn`t want to listen.
I chased her all over the Kyushu system untill she fled to Hokaido. at least she wasn`t bothering anyone while I was chasing her. but she in a tenacious one.
While patroling the Kyushu system, I quickly found a large transport (Slave liner I believe), when I approached to it, it started firing on me, a scanner image showed 3500 slaves in his cargo. I engaged it, but unfourtanely, when it was about to blown, he got some lucky shots, and took me down. My escape pod made it to reach planet Kyushu where I'm at the hospital right now. I'm affraid I won't be able to get to Leeds tonight. Sorry to fail you this time Sulu-san.

Our informants were right, the Bretonia Armed Forces were planning to send a wing of fighters from Dundee in search of possible weak points
to penetrate Kusari supply lines in Tau-31.
The fighter wing under my command intercepted them near 7D quadrant in the middle of the ice field.
The engagement was long, hard and...bumpy, I had to turn off the collision warning.
We damaged two of their fighters but almost our entire wing to the enemy, these Bretonians looks unstoppable.
I think to have conducted the operation at my best as those warriors who were with me.
Some of them performed well and I will recommend some promotions.
To: KNF High Command From: Captain Saburo Sakai on board the Mogami
subject: Engagement report
Mogami responded to report of our forces being attacked in Leeds. After arrival at stokes we found a fleet of 1 Battleship, 1 Destroyer, 1 GB and 1 Templar, soon joined by another Templar reinforcement.
Nevertheless Mogami attacked and managed to destroy the Gunboat. It was looking grim after that but suddenly the destroyed seemed to disappear, an emeny templar got caught unaware of incoming fire and exploded. The other templar disappeared as well. Enemy battleship lost shield and retreated towards Leeds.
Mogami underwent necessary repairs and moved to Dundee system to scout the massing bretonian forces there. Shortly after that a scout mission into Leeds orbit was performed. There another enemy Gunboat with same designation as the destroyed one arrived and the repaired enemy battleship undocked. A Templar with same designation as the destroyed one also joined the fight. Mogami retreated under heavy fire towards Stokes where a short standoff occured.
After a while the bretonian force decided to attack anyway, but at the right moment Kusari Gunboat came to help. With his added firepower the Bretonian Gunboat was destroyed, Templar disappeared and after some time the Battleship fell as well.

Igiss says: Martin, you give them a finger, they bite off your arm.
I was informed by a Artisan farmer that 2 dragon bombers were pirating near the lanes in Kyushu between planets Kyushu and Aso. He accompanied as we went to check it out. we found them at the precise location the farmer had mentioned.
Chusa Hiroito reporting.
The Kusari Naval Forces entrusted me with a Wyrm Light Fighter to test its skills for patrolin Kusari space. In its first flight, I found a adv. train, callsign Midnight_Express, heading from Kyushu to New Tokyo. When, I asked him to stop for cargo inspection and the ship's pappers, the pilot engaged cruise engines and tried to get away from me (later I'd find that he was carrying cardamine). I got close enough to launch a train cruise disruptor to him, but my plan was not so brillant, as he started firing on me. However, the wyrm is one of the most, if not the most, agile vessels in Sirius, I got my ship at his back, because the adv. train model has a weak point when it's targeted from the engine, as it only have 1-2 guns to fire back. But, it was going to be a long fight, fourtanely, Daii Kato Terada came to assist me on his Chimaera. The cardamine smuggler managed to jump to Shikoku, he got a little advantage using the trade lanes, and he almost escape from us, but I got close enough, and disrupt his cruise engines before taking another lane, and that gave me enough time to thruster to the lane ring, and disrupt it. Terada came a little bit after me, but without him, I'd not have taken him down. After the explosion, we destroyed the cardamine, and we resumed patrols.
I'll like to see Midnight_Express on the criminal list, also, in my last report, I forgot to mention the slaver's name. It was Logan, be careful if you find him again.

===CommID: Captain Ippiki Ookami
===Subject: Good intent shown from TAZ colony
This is the Captain of the IKN-Shinigami_Maru. While patrolling the the Kusari held Tau systems, a transmission was sent to me from Captain Feorn of the [TAZ]Colony-Auxium Zoner Juggernaught class mobile colony. He addressed me with the respect that a Kusari officer deserves, and requested permission to enter Kusari space. I have no doubt that the intentions of the captain were good for our mighty Kusari house. To ensure this, I escorted him through Kyushu and New Tokyo. He was very polite to all encountered traders and officers, and a generally honorable and respectable captain. I would like to take this time to formally thank Captain Feorn for his cooperation. Arigato, captain.
This is the Captain of the IKN-Shinigami_Maru. I will first apologize to our honorable Taishu Sulu for defying his direct order. I will gladly accept any punishment he gives as a means to better myself. Your order was to keep my Kusari destroyer in dry dock until it could be properly licensed. This defiance was caused by a distress call from a location near the dock in which my destroyer was stationed, the shipyard in Honshu. This call stated that there was a cruiser class Blood Dragons vessel in the area. Knowing the power of this ancient foe, I immediately ordered my crew to the Shinigami Maru to get ready for imminent battle with the Blood Dragons cruiser ]bd[Hideyoshi's.Memory. We met the cruiser head on not far from the shipyard and the battle began...
===Guncamera footage===
Hideyoshi's.Memory was defeated in honorable combat. May the Emperor have mercy on their lost and confused souls, but show them the error of their ways.
As soon as the Blood Dragons cruiser was destroyed, a distress call came from the New Tokyo system. It seemed that the cruiser was not the only Blood Dragon terrorizing the people of Kusari. The following is a list of the Engaged enemies. All were Blood Dragons with the exception of the Phantom bomber Gloom. His presence is unexplained, but his voice was....eerie. I should also add that he was not allied with the Blood Dragons, but instead seemed intent on destroying all craft involved in this fight both Kusari and Blood Dragon. Gloom (the phantom bomber) Ze'ev's.Rage (Bomber) ]bd[Kusari's.Decline (Super Heavy Fighter) Danieru (Super Heavy Fighter)
Amongst all of these enemies was one lone Kusari State Police Officer surviving, quite well might I add, while incredibly outnumbered. The officer, [KSP]Sakura.Kai requested my help, and I began engaging the bomber crafts. Naku Takiyama (Gunnery Officer) followed his targets quite well, taking out the shields of the two bombers intent on the Shinigami's demise until their reserve shield recharge units were depleted. A very well aimed shot from the Shinigami Maru's Missile deck took out Ze'ev's.Rage
Gloom then broke off from assaulting the Shinigami and became engaged in the dog fight that was currently involving [KSP]Sakura.Kai, ]bd[Kusari's.Decline, Danieru . Gloom, soon after, took out the Blood Dragon ]bd[Kusari's.Decline. The fighting had been very fierce, but it had only just began.
After the battle with the blood dragon cruiser, the Shinigami's engines were heavily damaged and my Systems Engineer Matsui Horimato did an excellent job keeping the Shinigami going forward. These repairs began wearing off as our destroyer quickly lost power to the engines. We were incapable of helping the Kusari State Police officer in his/her combat versus the remaining enemies of Kusari (Danieru , Gloom). The dogfight that ensued was amazing on all sides. It is truly rare to see such skill and ferocity as these pilots had. The final death blow to Danieru was given by Gloom and it was now down to the final two. Both fighters excellently maneuvered away from the others shots, resulting in 20 hard minutes of intense dog fighting. The victor, thank the divine Emperor, was [KSP]Sakura.Kai. That officer has skill beyond most, and he/she showed it well today. The Emperor protects.
It seems that with the excitement of the battle and the relief realizing a Kusari victory, my Gunnery Officer did not save the death of Gloom in the archives of the Shinigami Maru. I swear on my honor that [KSP]Sakura.Kai defeated Gloom, though the evidence wasn't saved to the archives.
It could be as we feared, the Blood Dragons have become alarmingly unified, but the might of Kusari and the Divine Will of the Emperor will protect us from all threats.
Yesterday, the Ronin ships, and some other friends, found the QCPs disrupting our lanes in New Tokyo. We engaged the bandits near the lane to Honshu gate. After several minutes of fighting, I took one of them down, in my Wyrm. The other bomber was destroyed by one of the Ronins. The QCP gunboats fleed, and I gor reports that some of the kusarians went after them, and the QCP destroyed them in Kyushu.
And today, flying my Katana bomber, I found the wanted smuggler, Midnight Express, unfourtanely, and due to problems with the trade lanes, it got away. But, he won't get it the next time we meet.
