Quote:The Fantasia and Dies Irae are stationed on Buffalo Base short-term for the removal of a specific threat, namely the ALLCAPS-{Wierdname} player group, which has a near-total disregard for anybody's Roleplay but their own. I expect to have them moved out by the end of the week. Indeed, you'll note that this is the first time any 101st force has been in Liberty space for an extended period of time; we've never had a need to go this far in before, and hope not to have to do it more than occasionally. By the time we move a force out of the Omicrons and Taus a capship has already declared its disregard for 101st authority; we never try to repossess or remove without attempting a diplomatic conclusion. As for our authority to enforce such a policy, speak to the [RM] High Command about that; Kane, Virus, Caylith and Dboy, all of which belong to a member group called 'Server Admins'. Just because they don't have the manpower to enforce their policies doesn't mean we shouldn't try.
That probably happens, when your trying to suppress others with your own RP.
You didn't make a registration bureau, you'v became like admins when issuing a terrorist ID.
"We request you to post RP story that long, that good, that and that" etc.
Now read this :
Quote:honestly, I don't know how some people manage to play as much as they do. Five, six hours a day; where do they get that kind of time?
Maybe somebody doesn't have the bloody time to write a story just to satisfy you and your needs for less capital ships so existing ones can be upgraded?
Maybe they just want to play their way, and for all they care, they can RP a president jacoby if they want.
If I was an independent Outcast in Liberty, I wouldn't give a damn about Malta defenders and such things.
Why should they care?
What I'm saying is, you can't be defenders of Malta and controllers of RP wellness at the same time.
Leave it to the admins, please.

I disagree. If you have the time to trade 800 million credits (minimum) for a Battleship you can easily tab out and write up three pages of logical RP in between pressing F2 every thirty seconds or so in the time it takes. Heck, you could probably write up ten or twenty if you put yourself to it.

Because why on earth would the Outcast military send a massive, extremely expensive piece of hardware down on a long, extended assignment with very long supply lines with no clear purpose? What reason does an entire battlegroup have to be in Liberty for? It sure isn't attacking the most heavily defended system in the game...

So to counter that "nonsense" you send you own BS force down...
ohh
that's like: "he's cheating so I'll cheat more to show him"
Instead you should post a bounty for mercs/ "proper" outcasts.

Three pages? That is extraordinarily excessive. Three paragraphs can cover everything reasonably well, and many people don't enjoy writing stories.
now honestly im gonna be as blunt here as possible, extremely blunt infact so much so you may not like it, but its a matter that needs to be brought to light so here it is.
now i will quote in my case, "we have 19 "FULLY" active members which is quite a sizable roster"
now i will put my case forward, you have 19 full active forum members but not fully active ingame members.
now here is where im getting at, to carry on considering yourselves as sovereign rulers cause of the "were the system owning faction" line etc, heres where im getting at you need to have 8, yes eight "FULLY" active members, not someone who logs on for a min and logs back off.
now heres a few questions
1) when was the last time in the past year infact since you took them over eppy, that 101st had more than 5 members on, (dont try and over exagurate now because i know the answer and everyone else does also) now we all know 101st was completely out of the game for 2 months solid before you took them over, so please answer this question.
the reason i asked this one, AW got took off the official status thread after 1 month of inactivity just because more eyes where on them, the 101st where inactive for 2 without 4 active members and are still the "sovereign" rulers to this date.
2) out of all of these members in the roster tell me if im wrong (now i know again which of these ones log on regularly)
ok il give a nice run down here of all these people
Mia Bonello, Willow Bonello, Sarah Dattaglia - comes on every now and then would not call you fully active to your faction
Flavia Mariposa - never heard of this one in my life you call this a fully active member? ive asked many people about this person and i have had nothing but never seen him before ever
Izar Diago - one of your only active members right now keep ahold of him he is needed
Giovanni Cordova - active-ish havent seen him actually play though in past month or 2 only log on for 10 mins and log back off
Raul Sanchez - your most loyal member, i say cherish this man infact.... give him equal rights to your leadership by christ i think he deserves it
Lope Rainiero - most deffinentely is not a active member, and i say should probably step down i havent seen him on in months and now that he is a admin hel have even less time
Basilo Alejandro - activeish would not say his priorities lay with the 101st and probably wont since hes joint leading a faction now to my knowledge
Rodrigo Morales - doesnt even have his own ship yet, you call that fully active?
Luisa Dejesus, Kaela Dejesus - have not seen exile on in sometime on his HG that he leads due to RL stuff nevermind his 101st where less priorities for him lay, so he is most deffinentely NOT a fully active member on your roster
Dennis Jameson - logs on
Luciano Demetri - i havent seen dab on for past 10 days, but then again i spoke to him he sounds decently active as he put it hehe
Anibal Santini - eh who? neverheard of him sorry nor has anyone else i know
Orden - logs on from time to time another one of your best members hold onto him tight
Adrian Jaramago - not on often at all
Alvaro Ramirez - maybe seen him log on for 5 min and log off again not fully active
Damian Chavez - never heard of him agiain noone else has
Alejandro Alvarez - again never heard of him again noone else has
Giancarlo Mancini - never seen him online once on his 101st, and im sure has more priorities over other factions than 101st
Ricardo Escobar - have not seen online for the past months i would not call it a fully active member
now the point im making here for you is you call your rollcalled 19 members fully active when honestly, they are maybe active on forums or on other chars but noone, not from bls, not from RoS, not from SOB, not even the indies have seen any of these people on ever..... now dont say its due to timezones or whatever, you can catch me at any time ever really, and i asked people from all over different time zones.
now seriously you tell me here, how is it SOB who has maybe 25 active members can stage alot more than you can and have EVER done in the past year? how come the LSF with 20 members only 1 more member than yours can have 9 people on at once? and tell me how come RoS can throw out about 10 people at once if need be and the 101st cant even get 3 with a months notice? (eta fights) and how is it that HF with ONLY 9 active members can get 6 on at once if need be?
il tell you bud because you do NOT have 19 fully active members infact i really do doubt you have anymore than about 6, and i really do doubt you have had more than 6 for the past 6 months, infact i doubt the 101st have met the official faction status requirments for about a year until about a month ago.
now honestly mostly everyone of the outcasts are getting rather sick of your im the powerful 101st and we own all of the outcasts, and we are the sovereign rulers obey us or wel crush you with our whole 1 active member thats on at a time.
you dont even meet the requirements right now to keep your system and have been abusing that right by not even bringing into light the fact you are so inactive, i dont care what you say eppy everyone can see it. so the way i see it, you have no right to order anyone around. plain and simple
EDIT: oh yes and dont pull the people have real life excuse also, because if they cant log onto the characters due to RL they aint fully active members thus making your excuse void. Me and many others are rather fed up of hearing about 101st being almighty when you are the least active of everyone right now, we dont wanna hear excuses we wanna see proof that you even have enough members to carry on your power hungry ways.
I'd like to point out the timezones issue, Lohingren. A decent number of the ones you haven't seen do log on here and there, some rather often.
Rodrigo.Morales[101st] is setup for the record, the SOB can testify to that if my word isn't good enough.
There are eight active by your count, plus me is nine. That's enough to keep the system, thank you very much, and plenty to keep the peace around Alpha.
"now the point im making here for you is you call your rollcalled 19 members fully active when honestly, they are maybe active on forums or on other chars but noone, not from bls, not from RoS, not from SOB, not even the indies have seen any of these people on ever..... now dont say its due to timezones or whatever, you can catch me at any time ever really, and i asked people from all over different time zones."
like i said no excuses, no written text, no lady dah storys, i want solid proof (not about your char il take your word for it) nothing short of a admin checking the last time they logged on and how long they logged on for will convince me otherwise
EDIT: 8 by my count, but not 8 fully active members, like i said logging on for 5 mins to keep the account going or logging on going mecht noone on logging off dont account for fully active thus void next excuse?
another EDIT: and even if they have them now, its only been in the past month or so what about the prior 11 months.... more than enough time for them to have lost a great ammount of standing on server and irp non? yet you still claim to have power over all outcast factions.... nah dont think so.
Lohingren, even if you are right, this is a faction feedback thread, not a counting competition.:)
That means, you should give a suggestion on how to fix a situation.
For example :
X : "You have only 2 active members"
Y : "So?"
X : "So increase your activity or recruit more members, by doing so ... and so ..."
Now, I do know how it is to have only a few members once in a while.
And the leader can be blamed for it, but only partially.
It is a fact that if the faction is going to be active, leader has to be active as well.
Now problem with 101st activity lies in my second post of this thread.
You have nothing interesting to offer to people who want to join.
Or, to say it in a nicer manner, you don't seem to know to present yourself in public well.
By keeping that 'elite' stance, new people will avoid you, knowing that they aren't elite, and old players won't join you, because they know you are no longer elite as you'v been, while you still present yourself that way.
In the past, people joined 101st because it was pretty much an elite faction, much like RM, Phantoms, SCRA etc.
But now it lacks it's former glory, and that is something you need to work on.
Get 1-2-3 really good and experienced players to help you out and be active for some time.
People will eventually start joining, and then you need to expand.
But first you need SOMETHING to attract people. And you don't have it at the moment.
Make an event, make two, start doing weird things, just do something different.
Also, it seems, by the way you two are treating each other, that RoS and 101st are not really friendly.
I'd say that is out of the question, and you two really need to work it out as soon as possible.
And the only way to do it is actually what McNeo proposed. Read it carefully.
Once again, work it out for god sake, Corsairs did it, Outcasts can do it too.
