Why not just expand it to: everything former PYM/NORP members try to do on their own is in violation to the 3 months faction ban and all posts and topics will be deleted accordingly

im sure there were / are enough reasons to permaban us, many ppl here would thank you for that but you decided to give us a chance. thats cool.
but dissolving our factions and taking away our ships is not really helpful for us to fit in anywhere.

We (at least I) got sick of BS, because you cant move them around as you want, and they are slow.
Joined the BNG once, tried a Minor raid with em once, got killed, and that also killed my fun in Battleships. Dakun and I made some eagles to get some more snub-skills.

And I thank to Cannon and the rest of the Admin team for their patience not to perma-ban us.
I don't want you to unban us from creating factions.
We are currently searching to join official factions, as im sure you've already seen.
But it would be great, if you give us the opportunity, to throw our full potential into those. As you can guess, there is not a big chance to get a BS in an official faction, but there are investments to make, for example, a well equipped Fighter and a well equipped bomber are not cheap, and if we maybe get allowed to use Gunships, they aren't cheap either, and I am really lacking the money at the moment.
For gods sake, i am definately NOT looking to buy new capships, but to sell mine.
Im also not looking for you to unban me from using them, Just selling them.
I see that Athenian was raging very much in his post, and i hope he accepts my apology.
I am kindly asking you to allow me to get rid of my ships, to have some potential and fundus to support the faction(s?) I join.
I would also like to give away some of that money to new factions with a good idea, for example the TiP, to be able to build up fast.

We followed your advice, and recently joined IC, and we will apply for LN, too...
I hope you allow me to sell them to get a proper transport and equipment.
