I'm totally happy with the queen as our head of state. The reason is that we don't pay a cent for this and get a free head of state who doesn't do anything important. I see this as a great deal.
If we were a republic, there'd be a whole bunch of money spent on some local idiot. Free > local idiot anyday in my books.
