so the next day came and off he went.
he entered the office.
and with a firm hand shake he started to talk to the officer.
he said '' Sir i would like to re-enlist in the BAF.''
the officer replies '' OK take this clipboard, take a seat over there and fill it out carefully.
(one hour later).
as the man finishes the paper off he hands it to the officer with great confidence

Good day.
I am Andrew Kennedy, a bomber pilot in the secondary fleet. I signed up a year ago and flew a Challenger for eight months. Had to take a four-month-break for some R&R after getting my arse whooped by a ricehead, but just last week I was released from the clinic down on Leeds and hopped into my old ship again. I thought applying for the primary fleet'd be a neat idea, now that I'm back in service.
