They walked towards the Core, thinking that it was the source of Dominus. As Dave was nervous about it thinking he could also find Ashley he saw someone in the close vecinity of the Core. Apparently it was a man staying with the back at the group. He was looking at the Core. He heard only this "I was expecting you, in the end.." When he heard it, suddenly Dave changed his look, like he couldn't believe what he saw. He made a few steps back as he activated his HandGun. The others looked confused at him. Then the man turned.
Jack Aubrey : Surprised you are ?
Dave was shocked. In front of him was actually his old friend that he saw dying. It was impossible.
Jack Aubrey : Reality is merely an illusion.
Dave :Everything ... is possible. But not this. You are not Jack ! It is impossible.
Jack : There are things beyond our comprehension Dave. You always knew that. There I am.
Dave :You died. I saw it. No ... *activated his HandGun* What is all of this ? Tell me !
Jack : Let's say things changed a lot after the incident. Terminus got into a gravimetric field and on the other side... drifting in space for long enough. The Vyrr arrived.
Dave :Jack.. you are indoctrinated by Dominus. Look what he did to me ! All the augmentations all of these are not human. I become a super human but at what cost ? I destroyed an entire civilization, an entire galaxy ! Jack... Dominus is the foe not humanity. You swore to protect it !
Jack : Dave, my old friend. You do not understand. Dominus is everything around me. Even me.
Something was changed, Jack wasn't in it's normal state. Definately it was affected by the Vyrr but besides that, Dave scanned him as he was 90 percent synthetic. The only part that was organic was his brain. And other small components. Dave was very confused, he couldn't understood the situation.
Dave :You are Dominus. The Vyrr took the only important thing of you. Your mind ! Dominus used it to create the perfect shape between synthetic and organic. I was next. That's why he wanted to.... Because of you !
Jack : Still the scientist I met. From all of your race, you were the only one that interested me because of your relation with your old friend, well me.
Dave :You are an abomination, Jack died with honor protecting humanity at all costs.
Jack : And what you did ? You sacrificed an entire galaxy for what ? For you own survival and for her...
A platform arrived with Ashley Foxx. She was conscious and free.
Ashley :Dave... is that you ?
Dave couldn't believe his eyes. His tears fell... as he ran towards her a massive force field blocked his way towards her and Jack or... whoever he was.
Dave :Are you alright ?
Ashley :Yes.. where are we ?
Dave : It's all going to be fine...
He then looked to Jack.
Dave :What do you want ?
Jack : Finish the job. It's me. Or them.

Dave looked at her. He missed her for a decade. He was continuously working and studying ways to create a phased jump hole to find her again. Finally she was there, at inches from him, but not reachable.
Jack : I see you gathered an impressive amount of companions in your journey Dave. I am not surprised. You saw what are the powers of the Vyrr. Come with me, and you will be with her as well.
Ashley :Don't listen to him Dave. He is trying to manipulate you.
Then Jack lifted Ashley in the air as he wanted to kill her.
Jack : Choose.
Dave was in the most critical moment in his life. Johnathan yeld at him to be strong and don't give in. But at stake was the entire human race against one life. The most important one.
Dave looked towards his friends. And with regret he said.
Dave :I am sorry my good friends.
But he aimed the weapon at the platform linking him with the rest. He broke it then he went towards Jack charging all his energy and all of his upgraded weapons. In a second Jack shot Ashley with a bolt of energy throwing her on the ground.
Dave :NOOOO !!!!! ARHHHH
He thundered towards Jack with an incredible rage and fury like he was never seen before. He used all of his powers and weaponry as the two began to have to most massivee and spectacular fight ever, once they were the closest friends, now they face themselves into fight that will literally shape the faith of Sirius. Mutant aliens began to emerge from the room threatening the others. They needed to take action.
Jack : You are a fool to reject the might of the Vyrr, Dave.
Dave :You are a fool Dominus to play with the anger and fury of a human !!!
Ashley was lying uncounscious. The others tried to reach the platform.

Patterson took a crouch grabbig for another magizine when he noticed he was out"IM SPENT ,SECONDARY!" keeping his rifle slung he tactically drew his handgun placeing two shots into the head of a creture "GRAB HER AND GO FOR CHRIST SAKES ,HES BLUFFING THE FLEETS REGROUPING! LETS BLOW THIS POPSTAND!"jimmy yelled as he quickly drew his rifle again connecting the buttstock with the skull of one of the things "AKRIA,KNIFE!" He cried ,now in a mix of hand to hand and pistol fire
Akira chucked a knife towards Jimmy, face set. The knife turned once in the air before it neatly ended up in Jimmy's hand.
"So, the famous Jack Aubrey. Hunter told me about you before I came here. I highly doubt you would have taken him." he drew his katana. "Let's party."
Akira was a flurry of motion, slicing through the hostiles as he headed for Dave and Aubrey. He was held up, however, by a pretty big batch of those Pegasus things.
"Hmph." He used his gauntlet as a bludgeon, hacking and slashing at them.
"Johnathan, stop flirting with your suit AI and start kicking ass!"
Jim caught it and spun piviting on his heels lashing out with a roundhouse slamming into the temple of one of them connecting with the blade to the things juguler vein as he came around,he had his handgun in one hand which was low Mendoza tossed him his as jim dropped and kicked his empty handgun twords the man who reloaded it and resumed freing,as jum ripped another of the Pegasus's throats out with the knife, only to drop a creture sneeking up behind mendoza with a doubletap,as he emptyed a handgun the kicking process repeated,each time jim catching a fully loaded sidearm "i cant keep this up all day people,we gotta friggin move!" he snapped,slowlty realizeing they were inevitbly getting surrounded
"SOMEBODY TRY TO COLAPSE A HALLWAY OR SOMETHING ,WE NEEDA CUT EM OFF!,TRY TRIPPING AN EMERGENCY BULKHEAD OR SOMETHING!" jimmy then yelled doing his best to pace himself
