the Gefangenentransportvehicle Celle was on the regular route from Omega-7, when the Schiffsführer noticed an unsual jump of a Zoner ship from the Frankfurt System to New-Berlin. Following the standard procedure of scanning suspect vessels, the pilot in charge noticed contraband upon the ship. As no patrol unit was at this moment available, our units were contacted to intervene. The offender was not using etablished traffic lanes, so we had to check multiple cargo inspection points. We were able to finally find the Zoner between Bonn and the Stuttgart jump gate.
We ordered the ship to stop, but got no response. After warning, the behavior of the captain is considered as subersive conduct, our unit used a cruise disruptor to disengange the engines of the whale. But the captain still refuses to stop the engines and was still heading towards the Stuttgart gate. We fired some warning shots. The contraband hauler was insulting the officer and finally jumped into the Stuttgart system. After a few more ignored warnings the smuggler was finally taken down.
Our pilot asked for a cargo confiscation unit and waited for a response in the middle of the trade lane to Planet Stuttgart. About 20 minutes have passed, until a Liberty Police vessel showed up. This was a violation of §4.4.. Our unit ordered the libertonian ship to leave Rheinland, but the donut muncher officer persists to stay and submit a proposal. The SEK unit fired a some shots at the Patriot. Both parties agreed, the proposal can be heard during the escort back to Hamburg. The Liberty Police officer showed a great interest in the new Spandau Prison and asked about a possible prisoner exchange. He admitted the empire is only his second choice and he only contacted us, because he did not get a response from the Bretonia Police. We escorted the libertonian to the Essen Station and monitored it's way back to the Hudson jump gate. After that, our unit reported this incidents at the Brandenburg Station.

[01.04.2025 00:03:00] LP-Evan.Stone: Are you perhaps tied up with anything at the moment?
[01.04.2025 00:03:08] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: You have 10 seconds to return to Liberty.
[01.04.2025 00:03:12] LP-Evan.Stone: I wouldn't want to take you away from your duties afterall.
[01.04.2025 00:03:21] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: 5
[01.04.2025 00:03:28] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: 3
[01.04.2025 00:03:28] LP-Evan.Stone: Woah woah. Take it easy. I'm just here on business. Care to hear me out?
[01.04.2025 00:03:30] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: 2
[01.04.2025 00:03:37] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: 1
[01.04.2025 00:03:40] LP-Evan.Stone: Come on, don't be like that. I'm just here to talk.
[01.04.2025 00:03:49] LP-Evan.Stone: Geez!
[01.04.2025 00:04:13] LP-Evan.Stone: I came all this way. Can't you at least listen to what I have to say. I'd think its a pretty good offer.
[01.04.2025 00:04:42] LP-Evan.Stone: Hello?
[01.04.2025 00:04:46] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Can't you use normal communications without violating our laws?
[01.04.2025 00:05:05] LP-Evan.Stone: I would, if it worked!
[01.04.2025 00:05:14] LP-Evan.Stone: Hence why I'm here.
[01.04.2025 00:05:31] LP-Evan.Stone: Besides more often its easier to negotate in person.
[01.04.2025 00:05:40] LP-Evan.Stone: Would you mind not trying to kill me?
[01.04.2025 00:05:48] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: I will escort you back to Hamburg, on the way you can tell me, what you want
[01.04.2025 00:05:57] LP-Evan.Stone: Are you not busy here?
[01.04.2025 00:06:17] LP-Evan.Stone: I wouldn't want to take you away from your job.
[01.04.2025 00:06:21] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: at the moment I'm busy with you
[01.04.2025 00:06:49] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: So?
[01.04.2025 00:06:50] LP-Evan.Stone: Yeah yeah ok. Funny. I'm serious. I don't really understand what you think I'm going to do if I talk here.
[01.04.2025 00:07:15] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: It's the law which disallows your presence here
[01.04.2025 00:07:23] LP-Evan.Stone: But, I can head that way if it will stop you from trying to blow my ship into a million pieces over a simple hello.
[01.04.2025 00:07:25] ShotTasse[$19] entered tradelane at Frankfurt F-4
[01.04.2025 00:07:35] LP-Evan.Stone: Yeah I know about your Rheinland laws, bud.
[01.04.2025 00:07:39] ShotTasse[$19] exited tradelane at Frankfurt F-4
[01.04.2025 00:07:45] LP-Evan.Stone: I don't need the lecture.
[01.04.2025 00:08:18] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: So, head back - I'll escort you
[01.04.2025 00:08:30] LP-Evan.Stone: *sigh* Fine.
[01.04.2025 00:08:56] LP-Evan.Stone: Anyway, before I was rudely shot at. I was going to ask about the installation I passed on the way here. Some...
[01.04.2025 00:09:03] LP-Evan.Stone: Construction site. Whats that all about?
[01.04.2025 00:09:30] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: What do you think this is? What does it looks like?
[01.04.2025 00:09:42] LP-Evan.Stone: Thats why I'm asking you...
[01.04.2025 00:09:57] LP-Evan.Stone: How about you tell me about it? Man do you Rheinlanders all act like this?
[01.04.2025 00:10:28] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Well, it's pretty offensichtlich, it's a prison station
[01.04.2025 00:10:56] LP-Evan.Stone: Ah, that wasn't so hard. So. A prison station. Great. That works out.
[01.04.2025 00:11:26] LP-Evan.Stone: You see, the Liberty Police is looking to expand operations and wants to "lockdown" more of the independent...
[01.04.2025 00:11:35] LP-Evan.Stone: Worlds. As lawless as they are.
[01.04.2025 00:11:51] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Bering and Hudson?
[01.04.2025 00:11:51] LP-Evan.Stone: Besides, that station is also the only prison is it not?
[01.04.2025 00:12:07] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: It's not, there is one in Omega-3 too
[01.04.2025 00:12:07] LP-Evan.Stone: I heard your last one kind of got...repossessed.
[01.04.2025 00:12:29] LP-Evan.Stone: Oh really? Its your prison?
[01.04.2025 00:12:37] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Well, Rheinland has a whole planet as prison, if this is what you mean
[01.04.2025 00:12:37] LP-Evan.Stone: Not Bretonia's?
[01.04.2025 00:12:37] GF:LOG)-Cnoc.na.Toinne: RO: Good day, officers.
[01.04.2025 00:12:44] LP-Evan.Stone: Howdy, Bretonian.
[01.04.2025 00:12:44] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Hallo BMM
[01.04.2025 00:13:03] LP-Evan.Stone: Eventful day isn't it.
[01.04.2025 00:13:29] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Well, the prison I'm talking about
[01.04.2025 00:14:07] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: is in Omega-3
[01.04.2025 00:14:08] LP-Evan.Stone: Anyway. You have a whole planet? Thats news to me.
[01.04.2025 00:14:27] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: New to you?
[01.04.2025 00:14:35] >Schadenfreude: Hallo Military!
[01.04.2025 00:14:49] LP-Evan.Stone: I mean. I had never heard that Rheinland has taken over a whole planet in Omega-3 as a prison.
[01.04.2025 00:14:55] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Hallo IS
[01.04.2025 00:15:12] >Schadenfreude: Did you say there was trouble in the omegas?
[01.04.2025 00:15:15] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: You got me wrong I think
[01.04.2025 00:15:34] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Rheinlands penal colony is in Sigma-15
[01.04.2025 00:15:50] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: The next bretonia prison is in Omega-3
[01.04.2025 00:15:52] >Schadenfreude: Hmm what is liberty ships doing here.
[01.04.2025 00:16:01] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: I ask this myself
[01.04.2025 00:16:02] LP-Evan.Stone: Ah. Gotcha. I thought you were still taking about Omega-3. That accent really causes problems sometimes...
[01.04.2025 00:16:23] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: *murmbels*
[01.04.2025 00:17:03] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: So, why are we doing this conversation? What's the real reason of your ... intrusion?
[01.04.2025 00:17:10] LP-Evan.Stone: So. This is my proposal. Or well, the Liberty Police's proposal. We obviously have a more...expanded prison system...
[01.04.2025 00:17:55] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: And? Get to the point.
[01.04.2025 00:17:56] LP-Evan.Stone: As such, and with the information about this new installation you have, the Liberty Police is interested moving prisoners..
[01.04.2025 00:18:08] LP-Evan.Stone: Into Liberty. In some form of a contract.
[01.04.2025 00:18:30] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: interesting. But as you saw yourself, this is still a construction site
[01.04.2025 00:18:34] LP-Evan.Stone: As we tend to use a lot of prisons for different functions.
[01.04.2025 00:19:05] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: We mainly use them to dig dirt in Hammersee
[01.04.2025 00:19:05] LP-Evan.Stone: Of course, but are you sure with one Prison station you will be able to house and maintain all those criminals that are around?
[01.04.2025 00:19:41] LP-Evan.Stone: You've got Corsairs, Hessians, Pirates, Unioners, Rogues even. I don't know if one station and a small penial colony..
[01.04.2025 00:19:47] LP-Evan.Stone: Could handle all that.
[01.04.2025 00:20:17] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: We could be interested in a labor exchange
[01.04.2025 00:20:56] LP-Evan.Stone: Great!
[01.04.2025 00:21:21] Tip: You can send cash to nearby players without needing to type their name by selecting their ship and using /givecasht or /gct command.
[01.04.2025 00:21:34] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: But, as said, you should use formal conversation channels instead of intruding our space
[01.04.2025 00:22:20] LP-Evan.Stone: Oh sure, but like I said. I find it works better this way. You get better results. But, I can't say much for Rheinland's police
[01.04.2025 00:23:13] LP-Evan.Stone: Anyway, the finer details can be sorted out later. I simply came to get the ball rolling so to speak.
[01.04.2025 00:23:28] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Yeah, I got this already
[01.04.2025 00:23:31] LP-Evan.Stone: But, who knows this might work out better than working with those Bretonains.
[01.04.2025 00:23:47] LP-Evan.Stone: Unfortunately they never got back with me. It was a bit of a shame.
[01.04.2025 00:24:14] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: If you don't want dealing with us, maybe deal with Kusari...
[01.04.2025 00:24:33] LP-Evan.Stone: Oh no no. Thats not what I said at all.
[01.04.2025 00:24:51] LP-Evan.Stone: Of course it makes it easy with the station you are constructing yourselves.
[01.04.2025 00:25:20] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: and what DID you say? You want rather deal with bretonians, but they are not answering
[01.04.2025 00:25:29] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: So we are what? a second choice?
[01.04.2025 00:25:40] LP-Evan.Stone: Kusari is not a bad idea. We in Liberty have not been on the best of terms as of recent. Have you seen the news?
[01.04.2025 00:26:05] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: I have, why do you think I recommended it?
[01.04.2025 00:26:24] LP-Evan.Stone: Someone will always be a second choice...Mr....Its just how it goes in business. Liberty and Rheinland haven't always...
[01.04.2025 00:26:33] LP-Evan.Stone: Seen eye to eye in the past you know?
[01.04.2025 00:26:58] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: I remember dealing in the war, if this is what you mean.
[01.04.2025 00:27:12] LP-Evan.Stone: Wait? Was that a joke, Rheinlander? You guys really need to work on your humor. Its a bit lacking.
[01.04.2025 00:27:36] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: I find my humor great.
[01.04.2025 00:27:43] LP-Evan.Stone: I do appreciate the attempt though. Its missing that....humor part though.
[01.04.2025 00:28:15] LP-Evan.Stone: But, yes someone will always be second and third and so on, its just the nature of business.
[01.04.2025 00:28:42] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: So, as a second choice, what can we expect?
[01.04.2025 00:29:11] LP-Evan.Stone: Uh. Anything we can offer. I can assure you we won't be short changing you just because you are second.
[01.04.2025 00:30:04] LP-Evan.Stone: When it comes to anything we can offer. What would you want from Liberty? As with Bretonia, we offered them...
[01.04.2025 00:30:04] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: You know, you are also not the first person who asks about doing business with us?
[01.04.2025 00:30:22] LP-Evan.Stone: Displaced people who fled here during the war. A way back home.
[01.04.2025 00:30:32] LP-Evan.Stone: Oh really?
[01.04.2025 00:30:45] LP-Evan.Stone: But, I shouldn't be surprised.
[01.04.2025 00:31:28] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Yeah. Well, how about a set of new inmates?
[01.04.2025 00:31:57] LP-Evan.Stone: Uh. You're gonna have to explain that one.
[01.04.2025 00:32:21] LP-Evan.Stone: Any...specifics?
[01.04.2025 00:33:01] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Well, we could exchange some Rheinland criminals for a bunch of Liberty Rogues or Xenos
[01.04.2025 00:33:12] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: I wonder how they resond to our methods
[01.04.2025 00:34:15] LP-Evan.Stone: Well..I guess you could. But, why would you want Xenos. They are a nasty bunch.
[01.04.2025 00:34:48] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Because they are attacking Rheinland transports in Hudson
[01.04.2025 00:35:36] LP-Evan.Stone: Fair enough. But, I don't think we will be parting with Xenos or Rogues. If anything we would ask if you could hand them...
[01.04.2025 00:35:47] LP-Evan.Stone: To us, and we can give you some Rheinland criminals we catch.
[01.04.2025 00:36:08] LP-Evan.Stone: At the bare minimum.
[01.04.2025 00:36:14] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: You bring us some so you can get some?
[01.04.2025 00:36:25] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Sounds weird
[01.04.2025 00:36:57] LP-Evan.Stone: Sure. Something like that? Why is that? They will be tried in their respective houses? Sounds pretty normal to me.
[01.04.2025 00:37:48] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Well I guess this makes sense
[01.04.2025 00:38:09] LP-Evan.Stone: Well. Either way, I think the finer details can be discussed later. I would ask you bring this to your superiors. See...
[01.04.2025 00:38:12] LP-Evan.Stone: What they think.
[01.04.2025 00:38:32] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: Should they call you or will you call them?
[01.04.2025 00:39:06] LP-Evan.Stone: I would ask that you contact us, once you are ready. Just contact the Liberty Police. I assume my superiors will answer.
[01.04.2025 00:39:09] LP-Evan.Stone: One of them anyway.
[01.04.2025 00:39:26] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: *nods*
[01.04.2025 00:39:33] LP-Evan.Stone: I will take my leave from Rheinland. It was a pleasure....Mr?
[01.04.2025 00:39:52] LP-Evan.Stone: Or....Ms?
[01.04.2025 00:40:09] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: We from the Sondereinsatzkommando don't tell who we are.
[01.04.2025 00:40:16] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: For security reasons...
[01.04.2025 00:40:34] LP-Evan.Stone: *sigh* Right. Well, enjoy the rest of your shift.
[01.04.2025 00:40:55] KPR|SEK-Brandenburg: We will see, if you don't go to Liberty.
