Actually, I think it'd work better as a transmission bar.

Try adding a black Glow around the Picture itself, that'll look better, maybe even gets rid of the white Pixels. On the Text, you should remove the Stroke and also use a Glow. Other than that, she Shape and the Picture are well done.

Though, the Circle doesn't seem to be centered, but that might just be me.

I believe I am now ready to start developing this Character.
Have to update the Transmission Bar with the new Character Picture. Maybe I'll do a Picture for the Thread later.
