As someone who is nearsighted, and wears glasses, every single time I use my glasses at the computer screen, it's pretty much immediate eyestrain. Lighter shades of grey could work.

In the absolute worst case you could also just mark the Text so it is easier to read while the rest of us can look at well formatted text that is perfectly readable and fits the theme of a certain roleplaying character/group/images etc.
Or would you das that things like the BDM infopage are also poorly formatted?

I'm fairly certain that there are quite a lot of people sharing my opinion ( especially considering how most roleplay looks in terms of chosen colors and font), they just arent stupid enough to waste christmas eve with a discussion based on taste
