As a relatively new member to the Yakuza, I have to say that I buck the whole "YAKUZA ARE GUD AT PVP AND ABUSED THERE SKILLS" thing that seems to float into these threads from time to time, being of pretty below-average skill in pvp terms.
That said, in the two weeks or so I've been a member, I've logged a good number of hours in my character and have been involved in pvp a grand total of two times, with the vast majority of my time being spent pirating, interacting with various allied factions around Kusari and - most importantly - posting cool, smoking and poolparty smileys in the Skype chat.
It's good to know that the majority of the people concerned with this thread understand that the faction is not some sort of uber-skilled gank fleet, hell-bent on 'red is dead'ing everthing in sight.
Dare I say the fight in Tau 23 today was fun, even if we had to beat a hasty retreat, not able to kill everything (our primary goal) in sight? Aye, I think I will say it was fun.
I had some great interactions with the Yakuzas lately, keep the good work up. But I havent seen a member of the Black Dragon Society for some time now... but maybe thats just a time zone related thing.
Hello, I have been flying on my Hogosha indy character for a few weeks now and I wonder where you guys are. I haven't seen a single one of you, is this faction still alive, or?

Several times on my 113th|, I've attempted to speak to or question you, I won't name names, but every time I've tried, I've either ended up following a guy across a system, have him sundive or quickdock with the nearest station. It's becoming a real problem, it doesn't speak well for you if you can't sit there and answer a few questions from a Naval officer without fleeing because you might actually screw up and get shot.
All in all, I'm getting sick of showing some courtesy, and getting disrespect, I'd like to be able to have some -fun- encounters with you.
