All Volgograd Industrial pilots will submit the following upon reporting a successful delivery:

• An image of their ship in the beginning half of the journey, showing the cargo and the time at this point.
  
• Proof that cargo has reached the destination, with the time at this point.
  
• Proof that cargo has been sold at the destination, with the time at this point.
  
• An image of their ship outside of the destination, showing the cargo having been unloaded and the time at this point.
  

Any other proof can be requested and will be provided with every delivery from that point on. VI requests the same level of proof from Bundschuh ships bringing supplies to Coalition space.

Volgograd Industrial will purchase the following supplies from the Bundschuh Partei at these prices. These prices can be changed at any time, but of course you will be informed in advance.

As you have probably noticed as well, we have not come across any of the requested goods so far. Now I have looked at we can regularly encounter and that should also be useful to the Coalition. The two goods I came up with are Niobium and Optical Chips. Now Niobium is a raw material which I am confident you require for superconductors in your ship production and virtually all niobium in Sirius seems to be passing through Frankfurt. Which is very fortunate of course if you are willing to accept them from us for a reasonable price. Don't worry about being overflown with it though, we have only few transports so we have a limited capacity. As for optical chips, they pass less often than Niobium, but still do so once in a while and they can be made into Optronics which as we all know is vital for a huge range of applications. [

Now I came up with these prices if you want them:

Optical Chips - Boa Vista Station or Porto Novo - $1,100
Niobium - Boa Vista Station or Porto Novo - $1,200

If you find this agreeable we would be able to ship 1000 units of Optical Chips right away which we captured yesterday.

I must also sadly inform you that the limits we set will not be monthly anymore. Our income has been lower than expected and as such we will have to set this limits for until further notice. This means that they are not for a single month but for an undetermined amount of time. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
