Now that the Rheinland state has publically exposed its imperialist agenda against Bretonia, it now falls upon those who value their freedom to stop their murderous advance.
The Red Hessian movement has been fighting against the heavy handed rule of the Rheinland Kanzler for decades, slowly gaining ground; but the conflict is a long and arduous one and is made all the more difficult by other Sirius states recognising the legitimacy of the Rheinland government - a government that has repeatedly attempted to strongarm or downright invade organisations or states that it perceives as weaker than itself for the sheer purpose of spreading its borders.
You yourself have been at the receiving end of this imperialism: the IMG has suffered many times in minor disputes and incidents culminating in downright war, in which we fought to protect IMG stations from harm, from the bloodthirsty Military force so brutally brainwashed into following blindly the orders of one madman with delusions of grandeur after another.
The Bretonian state has suffered not once but twice at least by outright violations of their border sovereignty and attacks on their own Armed Forces.
If these facts do not prove the true intentions of the Rheinland state, then there is nothing else save for a written confession from the Kanzler before his inevitable hanging that will.
Perhaps now is the time to finally bring the struggle in the Omega systems to greater attention? The Red Hessians have always saw fit to defend IMG interests, and while the BAF forces have repeatedly attempted to attack our rebels in Omega-3, we only saw fit to defend ourselves rather than proactively attack. This can easily be overlooked by both ourselves and the BAF as simple incidents which happened only due to misinformation and Rheinland's own propaganda against our movement.
The Red Hessian Army has always had the policy of ignoring Armed Forces activity in Omega-3, and our own operations there are purely down to catching rogue Rheinland trade which further fuels the Rheinland war machine we all fight against. Now those activities will be put to use to stop yet another armed invasion into the Omega systems.
We are committed to the freedom of the oppressed people of the Omega systems, this is our only cause! We call on to you, the IMG and the Bretonian government and admiralty, to endorse our struggle! To make it legitimate. To show Sirius that the people of Rheinland are still keen on defeating its oppressive government.
Recognise the Red Hessian movement as a movement against the Rheinland state! Let us walk away from this as allies against fascism. With legitimacy we can defeat Rheinland's claim on the Omega systems once and for all.

I am pleased to see my attempt to contact you was successful, and that my offers piqued your interest.
As you mentioned, this is the second time we've had to deal with Rheinlandic aggressiveness, and the Miners Guild hasn't been immune to it either. We long to end the problem they've caused once and for all, but unfortunately our struggle against Kusari prevents us from doing that on our own. We have started to gather our allies and friends, and I hope to include you, and the Independent Miners Guild, among them.
The problems with our conflicts in Snowdown are easily forgotten. You were there to hit Rheinland shipping for your own reasons, we were there to stop you in order to preserve the trade of the system and the goods we received from it. But the last six months has seen a sharp decline in trade from Rheinland, they preferring to give and get their goods from Kusari, even embargoing our deliveries of military vehicles, and Republican Shipping has not delivered the H-fuel they were contracted to trade to us from the Gas Miners Guild, as I learned just recently.
The Rheinland Government, and its corporations, have shown themselves greedy, opportunistic, and aggressive. Bretonia does not trust them, and likely never will again.
The Admiralty Board of the Bretonian Empire has no reservations about supporting your cause, officially. You may count on our support, and I will personally take this request to the House of Lords and the Bretonian War Cabinet. On my word of honor, you will receive what you have asked for.
I would also like to extend an offer to you to send a representative to a meeting I am attempting to set up between Bretonia and the Independent and Gas Mining Guilds, and hopefully some of the Zoner organizations we have had amiable relations with. Perhaps the two of us together can persuade them to create a coalition for the betterment of us all in the Omegas.
As for the Olive Branch I extended to you earlier, I will see to it that your Blood Diamonds be legalized immediately.

I've been mulling this over long and hard. What you propose is very risky to the Guild, and the overall stability in the region as a whole. An open declaration of support to the Red Hessians and Bretonia is a de-facto declaration of war on Rheinland. We have just emerged from a conflict with them, one I might add could have gone poorly for us without Hessian and Colonial support. We will continue to supply the Hessian movement with goods to repair the damaged craft and replace the lost ones from that conflict - we are not ungrateful.
Rheinland is an expansionistic state, yes. It will continue to push it's borders outward until it meets a force it cannot push against. It tried the Sigma systems and is still paying the price for their failure against the Gas Miners Guild. It now expands into the Omega systems, first annexing claims and holds that were discovered by the IMG after having stripmined Dresden. They are likely to push south and east as well, eventually. If they can survive the current struggle. Rheinland is as vulnerable economically, as Bretonia is militarily. One viable trade route left, and none who will risk their neck for that regime by structurally breaking an embargo. And it is only a matter of time before Kusari gets involved, given that they rely on Rheinland for mining most of their raw materials.
If the Guild does as you ask, we will lose the ability to move freely through Rheinland. And we will likely be targeted by the forces of Rheinland, ourselves. These would be direct consequences that will force a lot of our people to sit idle. It is not a decision a Guildmaster can make on his own. The Independent Miners Guild is not meant to be a fighting force, although the state of Sirius keeps pushing us towards such.
I will consult with the rest of the Guild. You will have our answer when I have theirs.

Ps. Now that they are legal, blood diamons tend to be on average 10% more durable then the finished kind produced by Daumann, and thus more useful for industrial drills. Recommend you use them accordingly, I know we have.
