Miners in O-7 seem to think theyre free to mine again after being killed. the reason they think this is because they dont fire back at me when i kill them (one fired back with mining turrets but said they didnt even count) so they go of mining again, restocked and all but this time with a Hunter or RM warned to attack me when i try taking em down again.

Today alone i had NINE - 9 miners claiming this to be the case.

Is this so? and if not can you please put it clearly in the rules so they dont argue anymore

Its not so, and its clearly in the rules. You can report them if you like, or shoot them again if it makes you more happy.

Oh wait...

Or calmly explain it to them if they're new to server.

The only person able to enter system after dead is trader just to pass system to trade. As well if people need to leave system because they are docked in it or just simply their killer allows them to stay. And wrong forums.

How will this help? Admins are going to make every miner read and understand the rules?


If they don't wanna play by the rules, report them. If you don't wanna waste the time reporting them then ignore them.


Ultimately it's not the Admin's job to make the choice. You're a member thus go play the game and enjoy it. If you find people impairing your fun by violating the rules act on it.

Same with NPC farmers. But I don't care, more targets to me. And if it's getting annoying, you can laways report as Prim said.

What happens when i explain the rules:
1: they threaten to sanction me for rulelawyering
2: they claim im a big liar
3: they stay stuborn about "i not shoot back, i no pvp death"
4: i no understand english

What happens when i report:
1: only 1 report goes trough thanks to (i believe it was) cannon's 1 report/day rule (in o-7 (the new dublin) you have a 5 report per day minimum)
2: almost all my reports are ignored by admins (or atleast it seems so) even tho i supply lots and lots of top quality evidence
and 3: dont wanna get sanctioned for threatening to report cause i explained the rules
