Good Evening Sir/Madam,
The GMG trusts this communique reaches the you in good order.
This communique is to inform IC that the Guild is issuing a series of emergency Economic Stimulus measures to its contracted fuel distributors, as well as other parties.
These contracts have a book value of nearly One Billion (1,000,000,000) Sirius Credits.
As the contracts concern the delivery of H-Fuel, the GMG shall fulfil its obligations under the Okinawa Funding Agreement, and forward the sum of 100 million Sirius Credits to IC's nominated Neural Net Account, on completion of these contracts. The Guild believes this act is in accordance with the 10% profit-share agreed to by our organisations.
As these contracts are executed, it also gives IC the opportunity to promote its insurance products to our fuel distributors, given the majority of the deliveries are destined for House space.
It is hoped that IC will come to appreciate the ability of the Guild to honour its contracts - as opposed to House governments who have a habit of breaking contracts more often than they honour them. Perhaps this may help IC see the financial benefits of moving its headquarters to Furyoku, becoming a truly multinational entity.
Interspace Commerce would indeed be interested in providing insurance services to contractors shipping HFuel.
And I'd like to remind, that the agreed share of profits for HFuel sales were 5 percentages. Half of what you mentioned.
And could you elaborate why Interspace is supposed to get one hundred millions of Sirius Credit? However, if CEOs before me managed to slip this under the rug, and if it is completly legal agreement, money will be welcomed at account named IC|Bank.3 . I suppose such amount of money could be used for improving Furyoku's infrastructure even further.
At any point, we would like to know what kind of insurance are GMG and contractors looking for so we could arrange documents for faster signing.
Interspace Commerce were always amazed by both major guilds' dedication and respect for contracts. Never did we thought of GMG or IMG in a negative way. However, having geographical advantage of Newark Station and the best infrastructure for offices, I cannot imagine moving headquarters into Furyoku Station, which was always meant for mostly commercial transits and lacks the amount of offices for headquarters.
Eagerly awaiting Your response. David Mahone,
Interspace Commerce
Ahem, Mr. Mahone sir, not to interrupt or anything, but during Mr. Sherman's administration we were indeed headquartered on Furyoku, and thus a full suite of offices and comm arrays was added on.
I believe we moved out there for...uh.....tax purposes. Apparently the Liberty government only taxes corporations incorporated within Liberty. In fact, if you check the Interspace Commerce Transnational incorporation documents, you will find they were filed with the Guild, in order to avoid those pesky SEC laws about manipulating financial markets and hostile takeovers.

And thus we see the drawbacks of having our Trade CEO Azuki Tamagoshi as a 'guest' of the Kusari Government!
As a lesser clerk of the Trade Division, I fear I misrepresented the Guild, and possibly yourself.
The stipulated profit-share arrangement is indeed for 5%, meaning a deposit of 50 million credits would be payable upon completion of these contracts. That being said, the remaining 50 million can be rolled over into an expense account for the payment of insurance premiums. I think that will save my job!
As for more detail as to why IC would be the beneficiary of such 'easy money'? Well to be sure the figure quoted is a rough estimate. An actual profit-share would be payable by the GMG from specific quantities of H-Fuel that are to be sold by our distributors, and the transactions logged.
This is part of an emergency Economic Stimulus Package being put together by the Guild. We believe that the Kusari blockade of the GMG is having an impact across the Sirius economy. It is hoped that by economic stimulus such as this, that the GMG can help the economy normalise.
Furthermore, this sort of package can be taken as a form of brand promotion - putting into people's hearts and minds (not to mention their bank accounts) the crucial role the GMG plays in the economy.
In terms of specifics of any insurance policies - the GMG is still waiting on acceptance of these contracts by our distributors. Should these contracts see a green light, then IC shall be provided with leads to promote its insurance products, with a positive recommendation from the Guild. Once the contracts are accepted we can look at the specifics.
Finally, the offer of relocation to Okinawa could be considered as a purely legal move. Many companies throughout history have moved their incorporated status to an 'offshore haven' for the benefit of favourable tax conditions, as well as avoiding certain political entanglements between warring parties. Relocation in this sense could be as simple as moving a few staff, and changing letterheads.
Ultimately it is the legal definition of where IC is incorporated that can make the difference between being seen as a true multinational, or just another Liberty corporation.
Eh, ello all, jus' Tamm here. I finished up a draft of Form 164823549-2B for limited contracted commodity one-way insurance, an' i'm jus wonderin if yer distributors 'ave gotten around to whatsits yet.
Speakin o', jus' who are they? More specifically, which House? Different Houses have differing standards on insurance and usury and whatnot, and the paperwork will need to be filed with the appropriate subsididary corporation. Tammo McIllheney

Ever since Fuel Distribution Contract 4.85 was signed off, fuel rights have been divided between Kishiro Technologies and Republican Express.
Kishiro has exclusive rights to ship to Kusari and Liberty, RepEx Rhineland and Bretonia. Plutonium fuel was also added to the contract in addition to H-Fuel to compensate for the divided territory.
There are also smaller contracts for Zoners to distribute to their Freeports and to the more remote corners of Sirius.

You are of course free to contact our distributors regarding the purchase of insurance. Remember to remind them that the GMG has set aside 25 million credits as a freebee.
We hope you have better success contacting Kishiro Technologies than we have. Either communications are being blocked by the Kusari authorities, or they are under duress not to talk to us.
