I would like to get a Zoner ID, but I can't get my level above 'just green'. How do I improve with them?

To get Zoner or Zoner Guard rep you will have to make a new character. (Or use one with perfectly neutral rep, right in the middle)
/restart Liberty seems to work best.

Then, you fly to Bethlehem Station in Pennsylvania, go to the bar, and get atleast 3 bribes (2-3 for regular zoner, 4 for Zoner Guard). Then you can buy the regular Zoner ID.

To get Guard, after you get 4 bribes at once, you fly to either Omega-3 or Tau-29, and shoot a depot to make regular Zoners neutral (Make sure that they don't go past the very middle, any lower and your rep is messed and you will have to start again) Then you let the station/someone kill you, respawning on Bethlehem. Then you go to the bar, and get the bribes again, and you have Zoner Guard at full.

The easiest way to get basic Zoner rep is to start a new character, then head to Bethlehem station. DO NOT take any /restarts

Edit: Same thing Rose posted, just more detailed. Damn ninjas.

1. Once there, talk to the bartender and see if he's offering a Zoner bribe. If he is, skip to step 3. If he's not, see step 2. Do not take the bribe yet.

2. F1 and choose "Select New Character", then log back in under the same character. Go to the bar and speak to the bartender. If he still isn't offering a Zoner bribe, repeat the process until he does. Do not take the bribe yet.

3. Take a look at the other NPCs in the bar. If there's at least two more Zoner NPCs (in addition to the bartender) who are offering bribes, then you're set, go ahead and take all of 'em. You're looking to take a total of three bribes, including the bartender's. If there's fewer than three total Zoner bribes being offered, switch out to the commodity trader or equipment dealer screens and then back to the bar. Rinse and repeat until you've got at least three total Zoner bribes being offered.

Additionally, if you think you might go for Zoner guard later on, I'd suggest going ahead and working for a quad bribe. It'll mean a lot more screenshuffling in step 3 usually, but it'll pay off in the long run.

Once you've got your rep, head to either Ames RS in Kepler or Freeport 2 in Bering and grab the Zoner ID. Also, if you go to Freeport 2, pick up a Liberty Rogue bribe too, that'll make your life a little easier, especially on a trader.

7.Take Triple Zoner Bribe.
8.Fly to Corinth Research Station and Buy the ID.
