Honorable members of Council
We would like to offer our support to your cause.
You may know that we are currently a stand-alone part of the Liberty Navy, responsible for research and development. At this time, we have some labs rented at Ames Research Station, and are currently working on rebuilding Junction Station in the Kansas. The Corona Battlegroup Science and Research Division has expressed an interest in the planet cluster phenomenon within Dauphin, and have decided that it would be wise to open diplomatic ties to a primary group in the area. The Corona Battlegroup are quite willing to supply you with any necessary materials, along with some engineers from our Supply and Engineering Division. This hopefully will assure possibility of safe research of Planet Cluster Phenomenon in the future, and to show that we would like to cooperate with you to help prevent a war between Gallia and Sirius.

Greetings, honorable Council.

I now realize that there were somethings left unclear in my previous message, and i now intend to clarify them.
The science ship i made reference to is not our chief goal. our main goal is to aid you in the fight against the GRN. We do not expect any of our ships to ever breach Gallic space, except if called for by your word.

The supplies i mentioned are anything ranging from different alloy's and parts of ships, to any other resource you find yourself in need of.

And we beseeched you also due to circumstances that may leave us in a similar stance that you represent at this time. The details cannot be said where other may read it. i apologize, but it is a unnecessary precaution.

While I am in no position to make a clear decision regarding cooperation, I would like to mention that said Cluster is under Royal control, even if we were to cooperate with you, our access to it is quite limited. with that said I hope people in higher ranks in The Council could give more... clear response.

We are aware of the limited access to the cluster. as stated in message Two, the actual study of the cluster is a potential interest to us. we are not prioritizing it over anything else. mainly, at this time, we only seek to send our support, and hopefully increase relations between Gallic People and the people Of Sirius. I personally hope that we are able to cooperate, and work towards a more peaceful relation between Gallia And Sirius.

As Capitaine Sanzio already mentioned, the planetary formation is in Royalist-controlled territory. That being said, consider this a warning.

Speaking of docking, Montpellier Guard station on the borders of the minefield is capable of docking a small wing of your fighter class ships. This number is, unfortunately, limited to four (4) at the moment. So we would advise you to bring your own small carrier-class vessel if possible, BUT do not move it beyond Nimes station. The risk is too high.

Also, bring your own fuel. Our engines are quite different from the ones you use.

I thank you for your timely response. we currently have a a small team stationed in Okey system consisting of a Liberty carrier, several fighters and an envoy. we regret to inform you though, that Kusari followed us in, after a misunderstanding. several of our fighters went down in battle, which is was regrettable. I only inform you of this, so you are aware that Kusari battleships were present at your station. do with this information, as you will. Our forces in the area are able to help you with the evactuation, or any other support you require. the envoy is present and ready to make things go more smoothly, and to discuss any ways we may be able to assist you.
