I don't know, all the stats can be exactly the same. speed (actual speed of 350, not speed relative to planets), weapons, armour, weaknesses etc... everything can be exactly in the same spot, since the speed is the same, it means that no real problems. just scale everything down. I admit I know absolutely nothing about modding but I can't understand what is the problem. all the files are in a specific area; size files should be in the same place no? or do we have to redo every model? If that is the case, maybe we could increase planet and system size.

This requires a full re-balance of every ship in the game.
Ignoring that part of your request, enlarging every system requires the modification of that system. Making planets bigger, requires the modification of that planet and every solar object near it. Trade Lanes, Mooring Rings, Mooring Points, Bases, wrecks, etc etc etc
This is a ton of work, just for the sake of realism.

Yes, but it would be cool if someone came up with it or eventually when the devs are running dry on ideas they can try to do this. is it like 2 hours per system? or maybe 30 mins per ship and station once again, it MIGHT just be simpler to resize ships and explosions then entire systems

For 4.86: We'll be redoing the sizes of a few systems that are larger then they need to be, but short of that, no scaling.

If you would downsize all vessels only and (things like Tradelines and Gates aswell i asume) this could actualy fix all the messedup physics (spinning capitals especialy). Also this would fix FL ridicule absurdity in all the cases now dock a station that is smaler than the vessel you dock with. The "Battleship stations" could remain size (making them supersized "stationary task" versions of the standard model or some 3D Experts build us some brand new "Carrier-class station models" for the major Factions (maybe even have a single one of thouse (not fitting any tradelanes anymore) flying real as Flagship for the local house Factiondictator/Kingpin).
projectile size, explosion range, aim assistant accuracy and muuuch more needs redo. not to mentoint all animations (engines/projectiles/enginetrailsghts/jumpgateeffects/burningeffect/explosions......sooo much)
if you rescale you need to rescale EVERYTHING
and thats sadly not only what you can see directly
even speed would need to be fixd.
if you scale down a ship x10 and dun change the speed it feels/flys like it is 10 times faster.
no real option for a mod. would be less work to make a completly new game.
only thing what could be done pretty easily: rescale planets - since most of them have enough free space behind em to just scale em up and move the mid-point backwards so that the front fits on the docking ring again.
