Phantoms, IND, TBH, Farmers, Samura, Kusari as a whole, Ronin. If I'm getting them all Most of those factions have maintained either long periods of steep decline or died off entirely under your leadership, or part of your leadership, as you put it. For the sake of argument let's state that the reasons for those periods of decline could be attributed to your considerable real life and administrative demands coupled with, if I'm not mistaken, an imminent international move.
Tl;dr: Given the broad pedigree of factions you're currently sitting in the high chair of and many of their lapses in activity, yeah, I think it's a worthwhile point to bring to the table.
Coming in on the tail end of the discussions, I am going to throw alittle info in as well. We'll start with the IND.
It was myself that was incharge of the IND untill Fellow Hoodlum returned from his extended lunch. Zelot was there to assist me because I asked him to. I won't say that running two factions is an easy job. It isn't.
I will also agree to an extent with the comments regarding that if you are a strong leader the faction will succeed. But this is not always true. One person doesn't make a faction. It does require like minded individuals to make it work, or no matter what the faction leader says or does will make a difference.
While I know that Zelot has always been partial to Kusari, and here is the thing that needs to be asked in my mind.
Why does it matter who will be leading this faction in the first place? Basically, we'll know if it succeeds or not. Again, does it matter who is in charge of it?
First, I wanted to agree with Blodo with Xoria's caveat there.
That being said, as far as Zelot and Kusari, he did a good job as far as the government went for the time period in which I was involved. At least behind the scenes he did - the Emperor himself was another thing entirely (obviously).
Is that going to be an in game represented thing? Or just that writer's note at the bottom of the page that states this is what is just assumed to happen?

If the Kusari government doesn't want it, they could always lobby the Libertonian government to make a change. This is partially dependent on Bretonia's stance as well.
Would be nice to see some international politics make its way into disco.

That whole comm post where some random trader goes, "Uhhh...what's up with this?" I love those. But they show up a bit too quickly. Need to give it a month. Maybe two to three before some one can notice.
