Well... We were busy moving to the Omicrons... And then getting the new cabal temple ready.
The good news is it's finished and fully operational.
Lividia workers did an amazing job.
The new temple is a 'Corvo' class vessel. We are planning to stay in the Omicrons for a while.
I'd personally like to meditate in a system i visited ages ago...
A peaceful place far from the stirs generated by apes.
The goddess is waiting.
Anyhow, don't hesitate to call if you need help in the Omicrons.
23's, popes.

It seems that we had another cabbage visit Baffin today. Until further notice, Luke.McCloud is banned from Baffin space for pirating an OSI transport just before the Coronado jumphole.
You may view the information here.
Also, the initial report here.
If you can get him to pay the fines, do let me know. If he doesn't comply, I will put a bounty on him so big that he'll have nowhere to hide.

It seems that Luke.McCloud has seen the err of his ways. He returned the funds he stole to the pilot he stole them from and was vaped by his own for harassing us. OSI has dropped their bounty on him so I'll let it go myself. We have more to worry about than a lone pirate that has probably learned a lesson that a bounty won't teach.
He's allowed in Baffin but is to be watched.

Per request, I have added Brother Lev Shestov, a part-time Discordian from way out in the Yukon territory, to the list of allowed acolytes on Pueblo Bonita. Give him a big HAIL ERIS if you see him in Baffin and clear the way to the docking moors at Pueblo if he's around

Heya 'lads.
How is it goin', uh?
Oh... Be callin' ye John because i had some talks with a guild laddie.
Seems the 'lads are runnin' a bit out of options.
Wait on, Saaz will send tha logs we have in tha TC²....
++ appending logs ++ [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: How's tha business is goin' fer tha guild anyway? Ya 'lads need some help or somethin'? GMG|Bainin: As you may be aware, Kusari still maintains its blockade against us. Admittedly it is not enforced too keenly, but it makes travel to Liberty...difficult [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Oh ya... Heard 'bout 'dat. Johnny 'lad told us te not enter Okinawa fer now. GMG|Bainin: Well, sooner or later people may well feel the consequences owing to the lack of fuel getting out. Of course, many seem to think their ships run on good intentions. So far, the only people who have shown an interest in our plight are the Junkers, and it shows how desperate some in the Guild are becoming, they the Junkers now have docking rights on all our bases. [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Hmm... So 'dose tensions won't resolve 'demselves until some time, uh? Quite don't get why 'dose Kusari 'lads wanter to open a new front while 'dey are busy wif Bretonia 'nyway... *Gaby sips some gallic wine* GMG|Bainin: Unless the Emperor wills it, or he takes a leave of absence. Kusari is passing the buck amongst themselves. The KNF says Samura needs to sign off on a peace deal. Samura says they are waiting for the Emperor to sign off on a peace deal, the Emperor would tell you he is only one vote in the Imperial Council. [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Oh Junkers... 'dat is indeed unexpected. But hey! If yerr talkin' 'bout 'dose congress 'lads, we in taz respect 'dem. They are valuable partners. GMG|Bainin: We respect the Congress, as they maintain order around yanagi, but they would not be our preferred suppliers... We used to get our supplies from Honshu, but with Honshu excluded, a lot of business in Honshu has taken a beating.. Not to mention our Guild Citizens imprisoned on that planet. [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Oh ya... Heard John went 'der wif his wife. *He makes his silly face* Ya know her. She's lookin' quite good i must say. GMG|Bainin: Well, one small piece of good news is that our Trade CEO, Azuki Tamagochi was moved there recently. Perhaps John could visit her sometime? We would be grateful for any news of her condition. [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Alrighty. I will pass him the word, laddie. GMG|Bainin: I am just a low-ranked member of the Trade Division, but we have the highest respect for Azuki. She is a dove amongst the hawks [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: So why did ya ask junkers to help anyway? No one else wanted te? I thought tha guild had good contacts withing Rheinland. GMG|Bainin: Rhineland? How often do you travel through Sigma-17? [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Ah! Yarr talkin' 'bout 'dat war rite? But 'dis is old story, nah? GMG|Bainin: On at least two occasions that we know of, Rhineland has sent warships into Sigma-17. I am talking about since the start of the Kurile Crisis. Within the last year. See, the Omega conflict between Rhineland and Bretonia made the news because of the money involved in mining. [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Wha'? Ya mean Rheinland Military attacked ya 'lads during tha last months? Now 'dat's a news te me. GMG|Bainin: Fortunately no, we both held our discipline - but we believe that Kusari has on more than one occasion tried to goad Rhineland and the GMG into fighting each other [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Hmm... Anyway i was talking about Rheinland corporations... Ya know.. ALG... Daumann? Thought ya 'lads had good contacts with 'dem. GMG|Bainin: Nobody will act for fear of losing Kusari contracts, or being barred form their space. If they all acted together things would be different. And of course, with all the House wars, Rhineland wont talk to Liberty, and vice versa [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Sadly... Ya know... That's kinda why TAZ kept a neutral stance 'bout 'dis. Despite our good relation with the guild. Because our home is close te 29 and Kusari has an awful military presence 'der... We can't afford te become 'der foes. GMG|Bainin: Yes, your absence has been noted *said dryly* I remember an old quote about a man who watched as the bad people came and took away others, one by one... And when they finally came for him...there was noone to help. [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Ah! 'dat's quite a sage tale ya got 'der. What dya 'lads need above all? Supplies? Military support? The latter one will be difficult. We are hardly warriors! GMG|Bainin: Political. The Houses need to recognise a fundamental truth. That an independant and free GMG guarantees the fuel supply for all. An embargo on the GMG is an embargo on the whole of Sirius [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Aye. That's understandable. However... Ya see... *Gaby refills his glass and takes a generous sip* John was quite busy wif Bretonia lately... Tryin' te help 'der... And it seems it didn't work quite well. I think he's quite depressed 'dese days and doesn't know how te help. GMG|Bainin: I understand. To be honest sir, Rhineland we can deal with, ever since the lost the Westfalen GMG|Bainin: Our strategic analysts are confident that Rhineland wont act against the Guild out of fear of losing more ground in the war with Liberty. Bretonia will probably do whatever we ask of them - for obvious reasons [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Wha' bothers ye is Kusari military, aye? GMG|Bainin: It is Liberty sir, Liberty is the key politically [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Liberty? Because it's vital fer Kusari economy? GMG|Bainin: Liberty, because if Liberty can begin to put pressure on Kusari, then we can add Bretonia and then Rhineland to show Kusari to be a paraish state. Did you know sir, that Kusari now controls LD-14? [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Aye aye... The only thing i'm afraid of, 'lad... Is.... Liberty was revoked tradin' rights not so long ago. Would 'dey be ready to risk 'dem 'gain? GMG|Bainin: It has yet to occur to anyone - apart from us - that Kusari now either controls or is blockading almost ALL the known fuel. Well so far little more than a dribble of fuel is getting to them. And without that, nothing else matters, because nothing moves. Forget optronics, or ship hull panels, or niobium. See, if all the other Houses can act in concert - Kusari will do what? ban ALL of them? [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Erh... 'dey would be capable of it, yano... GMG|Bainin: They would most certainly not be capable of that - not while fighting a war. [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Capable as... Fool 'nuff te do 'dat. GMG|Bainin: Oh I have no doubt of that. But as we have seen with the fall of LD-14 and the Westfalen, actions do have consequences [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: 'der is always consequences *sips some wine and nods sagely* Rarely we see 'dem thou, aye? GMG|Bainin: Well, fortunately I can at least trade with Rhineland in relative safety. But money talks in Sirius, the question is how much? [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Flax flax flax.... Five tons o' course. GMG|Bainin: In your opinion, how much money would it take to encourage people to give Kusari the finger, so to speak, and run the blockade [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: 'dat... I'm afraid i have no idea, 'laddie. I dun't care much 'bout flax personally. It just allows me te buy 'dat nice wine at times, 'dat's 'bout it! But hmmm *He thinks for a while* For a house? I bet it would require an awfull lo' o money. GMG|Bainin: how much? Theoretically speaking of course [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: How would i know?! *He chuckles* But i guess it would have te at least cover tha loss of profit coming from the potential ban From Kusari. 'dose greedy bureaucratic companies will see only 'dat ya no? GMG|Bainin: It is all they ever see at any given time - hell most of the GMG arent any different. But its actions that count. if we have to double the profit on H-Fuel, triple it, whatever it takes [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Wonderin'... Did you 'lads already open talks wif Liberty? GMG|Bainin: We have had a number of discussions with various Liberty corporations. But the government remains rather impenetrable to us at this stage. [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Why is 'dat? GMG|Bainin: we think it is mostly ignorance and inertia. they simply seem to think their fuel springs out of some dimensional warp... And unless it involves the cry of 'Kreig Kreig!' they care little for anything beyond their own borders [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Hmm... Well... I heard they were doin' well on 'dat war nonsense... 'dat may be a reason? "We are winnin' we dun' need ya"? GMG|Bainin: Personally, I think if you went to Liberty and asked them where their fuel comes from, they probably couldnt tell you. but perhaps I am simply pessimistic - I apologize [TAZ]Tau.Ceti.Center: Ya dun' have te, 'lad. I understand quite well 'dose times can be stressy. Especially when anyone is turnin' deir back at ye. GMG|Bainin: Kusari are masters at divide and conquer politics. Made easy by peoples desire to be divided ++ endof ++
Wait wha' Saaz? Ya didn't cut tha part about Midori? Damnit!
Right so... Erm... Aha...
'dat was a joke o' course. Yea... A joke...
Anyway, did ya talk a bit with 'dat Emperor 'lad 'bout all 'dat?
I know ya were quite busy wif 'dose Bretonian buggers but hey!
We didn't do much te help that guild so far an' they were always nice te us... We use 'deir ships an' all 'dat.
Waddya think, Johnny? Wha' can be done?
Oh an'...
Did ya hear anyt'in' 'bout 'dat Azuki Tamagochi while ye were on Honshu?
23's!

Thanks for this information, Gabriel. Let's do this. If you think you can get in and out of Okinawa, do so. Better to ask forgiveness sometimes than permission. H-fuel? We CAN get that in Sigmas 13 and 19 as well.
One question, Gabriel, where was CEO Azuki Tamagochi moved to? If I need to speak with her, I'll need to know where to send the transmission. Do let me know so I can get on it. If it helps, I'm on Honshu for a time.
