Moving up, Milo Reims has been promoted to Sergent due to outstanding abilities in the field.

Further up in the list. Pierre LaFlamme, since you have joined the Council Navy you have kept impressing me with your hard work. You have never disappointed me so far and I hope you will never, not now and not in the future. Monsieur, you have been promoted to Capitaine. Congratulation, monsieur!

Last but not least the final promotion. Anton Simard, your work has impressed me as well. Your overall work in the Council has been a good addition, just like yourself in the Council Navy. Therefore you have been promoted to the rank Colonel and are thereby part of the High Command. This rank brings a lot of responsibility, but I am confident you are capable for the task.

During patrol in Champagne I've encountered two Obstinane cruiser shooting at each other. It seems that new organization has been establish in Champagne.... they call themselves Gallia Freedom Movement.
Form the information gathered I can tell that they are paramilitary faction interested mostly in establishing new diplomatic relations with other Houses... and of course supporting us with their military assets.

On the other news... no worth mention GRN activity in Champagne or Burgundy in last hours.

Firstly, I would like to thank my promotion. As a Capitaine Du Conseil, I will serve The Council with all my efforts. As doing so, I want to inform you about an incident, a quite recent one. Between the Gallic Junker scum et one of the vessels from the Trade and Supply Division.

This event is a bit greater concern of me as the vessel meeting those junkers was the CLT Valse d'Amelie. Recently Sergent Henri Croix, who I assigned to command my Pachyderme while I was within Roussillon, contacted me on a secret audiovisual channel. He informed me about the incident briefly et sent an audio record over.

The event took place in Liberty space, California system, halfway to Planet Mojave coming from New York system. Two "Taureau" class vessels disrupted the lane: the two gallic junkers. During the event, there appeared a light interceptor going by the callsign Hobbedy's Lantern, a Hacker Gunship going by the callsign Rebus, et an other hacker in a Sabre going by the callsign Shredder.

Such actions against Le Conseil from simple junkers, whether they are Gallic or not are not to be tolerated. Hereby I have a proposal towards The Council High Command: I would like to ask you to consider declaring hostility on the Gallic Scrap Consortium. If they continue to harass our traders, they will pose a serious threat to the Trade and Supply Division, financially endangering The Council.

Last, but not least, a few days ago one of our strike wings of the Assault and Security Division successfully crippled and incapacitated an Obstinate class Royal Cruiser. Upon boarding, they cleared the decks from the crew, making the towing of the wreck finally available. We were able to secure it et bring it into Toulouse orbit. As we have no shipyards with dry docks in Roussillon, it floats near the mooring fixture of the planet, stabilized by four repair ships. Two other Brillers are repairing the outer hull, while a team of our Technology and Advancement Division, tasked with fixing the ship from inside have successfully repressurized it et started minor works on it.

When it will be capable of combat, or what materials in addition are needed for it is unknown yet, I'm looking forward the answer of the T&A Division about this matter. However, I would like to request permission for command over it as well as for a crew to fly it, once it's repaired cent pourcent. I feel I will be able to fulfill my tasks as a cruiser commander as well. That is all.

It is good to know that The Order wants to cooperate with us, but I like to be sure about things with similar importance, so later yesterday I went to check the place. It took hours to get there et patrols were tight so it was a bit uneasy to get through Orkney et Languedoc. But an Agama is an Agama after all. I've docked on Evron base with the intention of locating the base today. Doing so, I took a few guncam shots about it, which I attach to this transmission. Francorchamps Production Facility is located right next to planet Le Mans. It seems to be the same size et probably on the same level of advancement as our base in Roussillon is. Folks on Evron rumour that it is a corporate maintained base, but if it really supplies the Royal Navy, it's existence is a great disadvantage to us.

I intend to return to Roussillon early tomorrow, until then I will be unavailable.

To increase our funds by commerce, I took a trade route I used to do before supplying duties. This route leads throught Liberty. We weren't alone in this situation, I spotted a trader just leaving before us, who was questioned by said Rheinlanders as well. Their unfriendly approach and acting like being the local authorities made me worry. I know nothing of smuggling routes or contracts in Rheinland and I highly disagree with such accusations. I haven't been trading in Rheinland yet, but after this I may not want to either.

On the other hand, I'm not much into politics or diplomacy, but as far as I know, Rheinland is in war with Liberty, and their presence on the far end of Liberty space is also a good reason for me to worry about the general security in the systems of Liberty. I'd like to be sure my crew is safe out there.

In the beggining of the conversation the vessel had it's cargo hold full of industrial material. I ordered the pilot to drop it et not wanting to risk the possibility of a hidden explosive device of unknown origin getting it's way to the station with the returning cargo, I destroyed it immediately. The crew of Perpignan later confirmed the theft, et denied that they ever seen the pilot. Fits the profile of the common junker perfectly. Upon getting fired on, the vessel managed to do a quickdock, et landed in Hangar Deux of Perpignan. Later the station crew found the empty vessel, but the pilot just got out of our hands. The Zoner Whale type vessel will be transported to Toulouse for further investigation. It is suspected that the pilot remained in the system, caution is advised.

From the info what I was able to dig up about this group from the Neural Net, they call themselves Jumping Zoners, and utilize jump drive technology. In [ THIS ] public channel they describe their organization fairly well, their methods of trading, and the mass jumping, which requires at least one capital class vessel. This organization did not contact The Council prior to bringing an Aquilon-class Carrier into Roussillon. Despite they claim over the Neural that they are not harmful, they showed complete disrespect towards The Council by ignoring our regulations. If this Gaspar said it right, et it was indeed a blind jump, they still have to bear the consequences for it.

Having such a fleet, what the system-wide scanners indicated, just appearing et disappearing within minutes in our home system raises great concerns regarding the general security of Roussillon. We will have to take some security measures to filter out the possibility of such occurrance happening again. Along with that I would recommend denying docking access for all vessels belonging to the Jumping Zoners from all of our bases.

As you probably know, the freshly formed Council of the Maquis, or shortly, the CoM has recently submitted a request to allow forces of a Corsican group unknown to us yet into Roussillon, using the proper form from under §1.1.2. of Article VII. of the Laws of The Council, which has been forwarded to you in the first moments. I believe my report will help you decide whether to accept or deny their request.

The CoM might been thorough enough to fill a simple form, but they seem to have been bold enough not to wait the answer for it. This particular one seemed to be cooperative and very concerned about being ordered out, yet this Unione Corse did not contact us yet about anything related to diplomacy. Well they didn't contact us related to anything yet, by my knowledge. He left the system in peace, et no other Corsican vessel entered back in yet.

This raises some questions regarding the Council of the Maquis. Can we trust them if they are ignorant? Will they let us know next time they want to invite anybody into Roussillon? Those restrictions in the Roussillon Codex aren't there for nothing, they are to protect et ensure the safety of the inhabitants of the system.

Bonjour mesdames et messieurs,

This is the report about yesterday's actions in the Leeds system. I went there in order to search for the Gallic Royal Navy, apparently a few ships of them have been spotted in that system. Their patrol was idling next to the trade lane to the New London jump gate, a rather small patrol of three Lynx very heavy fighters.

It didn't take long before I was shot at by two of them, but there surely are better pilots than them. After some minutes of fighting, a bretonian battleship entered the area and my enemies started to run. That was unacceptable and I started to chase the closest target.

In the meantime the Liberty Navy arrived in Leeds for unknown reasons, they were quite useful and hunted down one of my targets and helped me to chase the other one. He was shot down next to the Edinburgh jump gate.



The last one of them ran away, but he promised me that he'll deal with me the next time, I'm looking forward to see his burning ship. That would be all for now.

Another report about events that happened in Leeds and Tau-31.

Once I reached Leeds I saw a Colonial cruiser getting chased by the Gallic Royal Navy and a Reaver, while I was a bit surprised to see such a cruiser in bretonian space, I didn't hesitate to offer my assistance, after all they are our allies.

The cruiser of course tried to defend itself, while I focused on the Reaver, since he was the only bomber they had. I was surprised about the efficiency of the cruiser, the enemies took quite some damage from its guns. Two of them were taken out by the cruiser and they started to retreat shortly afterwards.

I was only able to chase one of them into the Tau-31 system, the other ones were already in safety around Battleship Carcassonne, and it was too risky for me to attack them there.
