"greetings IC representative,
today - a transport of the jiva cooperation was stopped in direct vicinity next to furyoku station in okinawa. - right after undocking with a load purchased from interspace, - two pilots of - i guess the kusari police stopped the transport.
it was
IKN Kitakami
Ryu Tsukuda
they asked the transport to stop - and shot the lane to be deactivated, which my captain considered "pirate measures". then they babbled something about a war against okinawa.
my captain asked them which war, since everything was dead peaceful. - nither the IC station, nor the GMG pilots appeared to be offended by their presense.
they also failed to explain why there was a war - and become impatient first - and then violent.
my captain offered to take your plutonium back to the station, since he was still within the docking beam 5 meters next to the tower. - but the two officers refused - and demanded the 5000 tons of radiating plutonium to be dropped right next to the station?!
naturally - my captain refused - and instead docked with Furyoku again.
extensive repairs had to be conducted.
since those two officers failed to explain how they were "at war" with okinawa - while sitting in the heart of it peacefully - i would like the interspace commerce to explain the matter.
thank you in advance.
cpt. Richard Bach
postscript:
while we support the GMG "religiously" ( in our mind ) this transport does not support it physically - trade is only conducted with interspace in okinawa"

"no, my captain mr Bach is what you might call a freelancing captain - but since the ship he is flying is owned by Jiva, which in turn is a zoner ship - we can call it a ship flying under "zoner" colours.
the ship has a long standing history of making trade purchasing plutonium from okinawa - and so far, the station was always quite appreciative to sell that commodity.
if however the IC decides that such trade must not continous - the jiva cooperation will henceforth cease trade with interspace and avoid its stations in the future."
Read their Legal Codex. Especially the lines which heavilly restricts movements to Okinawa and restrictions regarding Plutonium, which is allowed to be shipped by only few corporations and groups.

"i see - so - since no one appears to be able or willing to explain the background of the actions that lead to the death of crews and the destruction of ships - and refer to the legal codex.
the jiva cooperation is forced to cease trade with interspace commerce station of furyoku.
it is a bit puzzling that ppl tend to refer to the codex - when not a shred of evidence of "war" or even remote hostility was present.
since your station is your authority - we will abide by your decision and redirect trade to other sources. - it is however sad that a trade that has been conducted for over 3 years past comes to such an end."
Don't involve peoplo who are no longer with us, because of someone who was unable to keep to laws unconditionally.
GMG and Kusari are carrying on armed conflict and thus laws to prevent major possible cooperation with GMG was put in effect and thus access to Okinawa was restricted.
Laws regarding shipping Plutonium was in effect ever since I was appointed CEO and before. That's probably almost half a year now.
If your group and captains cannot comprehend laws and respect them, then be kind enough and don't bring trouble to our stations, worth billions and storing critical quantities of Plutonium.
Failure at our facility regarding shields, one single burst of heat to plutonium and whole more families, than you could count on your fingers, would lost their loved ones.
Think about the possible harm when not following clear laws before breaking few of them at once.
