Bad news.

We lost a lot of people today. The LNS-Columbia (Transponder: LNS-Columbia)[Dreadnought: Overlord Class]) and two of our Siege Cruisers (Transponder: LNS-Irvine)[Siege Cruiser: Catapult Class]) (Transponder: LNS-Glendale)[Siege Cruiser: Catapult Class]) were intercepted and destroyed on patrol in Manhattan space by the Lane Hacker Vessel 'Leviathan' (Transponder: LH-Leviathan)[Spyglass Battleship: Class Unknown])[color=#33FFFF]. I attempted to stop the warship in Manhattan orbit, but he fled before I could launch a successful disruptor. During the pursuit I was joined by a ship that has chosen to remain unnamed. I think after the service he did us, 'reckon it's the least we could to respect that.

Sinking of the Columbia

The Spyglass had to cut it's engines at the border of the Badlands and we managed to keep 'im pinned there. Once he was in position and preoccupied with swatting my bomber our ally opened up, tore right through his shields. Bastard never stood a chance. Didn't deserve one.

Scrapping the Leviathan

We managed to recover the escape pods of around a hundred of the Columbia's crew, and a few bridge staff including Rear Admiral Bronsard. No-one from the Cruisers. A few tonnes of H-Fuel as well.

My Upholder couldn't haul all of them back, so our ally agreed to deposit them on a nearby Freeport. They should be in touch quick smart. Admiral Bronsard's back on Manhattan. He's pretty shaken up about it. 'reckon he's not the only one. So many goddam people.

Headed out from Manhattan again. Just happened to crash inta' a friend of ours (Transponder: LH-Leviathan)[Spyglass Battleship: Class Unknown]). To shorten it a little; the LPI Officers hangin' about called for support while I stalled the thing for the Death Valley to take a bite. (Transponder: LSFC-Death.Valley)[Siege Cruiser: Catapult Class]).. Additional help arrived thanks ta' the good people at DSE and a Bounty Hunter Gunboat. The LPI themselves turned, 'ventually, along with Ensign Clark. He sat still for a lil' too long, so guess who's buying drinks?

Collectively, we managed to bring the thing down. Can take a hell of a beating that ship. One of our Gunboats bought it (Transponder: LNS-Flashbang)[Gunboat: Class Unknown]). after flying in too close, last I heard the crew made it off scat free.

Howdy, Not much to report. i responded to a security breach in Texas. a Rheinland Battleship had breached the Texas perimeter. when i arrived on scene there was 1 Gunboat, 1 Assault Battle cruiser and 1 LPI patrol fighter, i ordered the LNS ships back to Houston orbit, and the timely event of re-enforcements consisting of 1 LABC and 1 dread gave us the advantage while the caps were firing i was in my "upholder" liberty bomber and i pulled onto the Battleships Starboard side and unleashed a volley of Antimatter cannon shots and Nova or as i call em "Bunker Busters" onto his starboard side. the vessel once we regrouped and reinforced we quickly disabled the Battleship and i finished it of with one last Antimatter shot. we lost the GB in the fight but they were avenged. That is all for now.

Good afternoon colleges. And Member's of High command. Yesterday while I was on board the Endurance I received a SOS Call from Pueblo station about two Lane Hacker Spyglasses that managed to get to the station undetected. The Endurance set off corse imidietly to Pueblo. Once there the two enemy battleships were already being engaged by the LNS-Pegasus. The Endurance with the Pegasus Engaged one of the Battleships while the Ticonderoga and Merida engaged the second battleship once they arrived. In mid battle a order gunboat arrived and engaged us.

But the siruation was very well under control after we managed to disable one of the spyglass weapond the Endurance made the Final blow that made the ship collapse on itself. The other battleship was destroyed by the Merida and Ticonderoga. The Order gunboat captain felt he was in trouble but he dint managed to escape in time the Endurance and Pegasus destroyed the vessel before it reached the asteroid belt.

Whilst patrolling the ever-pirate infested California system, I found a [color=#FFFF00]unarmed.... Yes! an unarmed Spyglass passing through Tahoe Ice Clouds between California Minor and Magellan Jump Gate. At first I thought it was going to open fire on me, but I realized not even a single gun was mounted on it.

I tried to get reinforcements on the horn to "possibly" capture the ship intact but no ships responded. To my curiousity, I decided to follow the said battleship to acquire some info on where are they coming from. We flew through Magellan to an unknown jumphole near the infamous Lane Hacker Base,"Mactan Base". My ship's database didn't have any reference to the said jumphole, so I "googled" said jumphole using my "datapad". To my amazement, the jumphole led to "Vesspucci".

A few seconds passed as I conquered this deep sense of fear inside of me to take the jump. Lo and behold I was under fire almost as I arrived at the system. Immediately I read hostile contacts on scope... while the Spyglass was out of sight. Must be luck that I managed to escape this enormous defense.

Once out of the hot zone, I could see several installations beyond the distance. I recorded some data but beyond that, I couldn't get anymore.

Based on my assessment of the system, these Spyglass Battleships must be using the system to rearm/refit their ships. A system guarded by this magnitude of defense seems suspicious to me.

Took some time till he realized he had no chance, then he took the way to the nearest base, some ugly asteroid base in California.

This is the report about today's patrol of the Liberty core systems. It started as a silent day, untill I saw a Spyglass and some Rheinlanders in front of Manhattan, not really a good place to be, especially for a Spyglass. Support was called, namely Captain Ashfield and Jones, in command of the Cloverfield and Mount Hood. They had their fun with the Battleship.

The Rheinlanders left the area, apparently it was too hot for them, however we had company of some Outcasts. I was told to engage one of them, a bit sad that he didn't want to shoot back and he just kept dodging. Ashfield made the story a bit quicker and the Outcast soon had a meeting with Battleship Missiles, I have to say, nice explosions, a shame I made no guncam-shots of it.

After that I was orded to assist Mr.Colibrie who was fighting the Rheinlanders in one of the scrap fields. Those two buggers surely were suicidal, a Wraith and a Ki all alone in New York. Commander Dimitrova joined us and watched, while Colibrie and me were shooting the enemy.

The wraith was taken out easily, the pilot flew into his own nukes and the Ki went into full dodging mode after his comrade exploded. I hate it to shoot Light Fighters, it took us quite some time to take him out. He thought it was cool to fly around Buffalo, but still, a Light Fighter dies to a single nuke...



The patrol continued, Ensign Ramirez spotted some Xenos near the Norfolk-Texas JG trade lane. One of the Xenos blew up once we reached the area.



Commander Dimitrova was then dueling the last remaining Xeno, a Mafic. An easy target if you ask me, though it needed some time till that one exploded.

We spotted another Xeno, this time near Manhattan and he was flying an Eagle. We were ordered to attack him. Didn't take us long...



We continued our patrol and checked the systems of California and Texas, however, there were no hostile encounters in said systems. That would be all about today's patrol.

Wow i really don't know where to start this. We received word that Rhienland was going to attack a convoy bound for westfallen and we responded by sending out a wave of fighter from the primary fleet. when we arrived we were slightly outnumbered then after some tense moments of maneuvering and shooting we lost one of our fighters, i don't even remember his name. from there it went down hill. we lost Dimitri next, then a few more then they got onto my six. i held out as long as i could but my coolant system got hit and everything started overheating including my engines, power plant and weapons. i barely managed to eject in time before the core went critical and my Guardian Went up in a Ball of fire. we all fought gallantly. in the end the very few remaining fighters tractored in the ejection pods and retreated back to friendly territory. I've still yet to report to the medics, not that i want to. the loss was pretty gutting for me. i haven't checked the KIA/MIA/WIA list yet. for now we can only wait and see if our loss today makes a make or break impact for our people aboard the westfallen. but our fallen brothers will be avenged and damn the krauts to hell.
