First the usual delivery report:
I have picked up 1800 Nuclear Devices from Helgoland station: Proof of purchasement
Delivered to Planet Kurile: Proof of delivery

Thus 200 Nuclear Devices are remaining of the contract. I was not able to deliver them, as I ran into problems. When I delivered the first tranche there was a blood dragon in front of Planet Kurile. He seemed just to ignore me in first place, but when I undocked from Planet Kurile, he followed me and was accusing me of betraying the friends of the Zoners (the GMG).

To be honest this situation caught me off guard. I was not sure, how to respond to him.
Any advices to handle situations like this are appreciated. I am still new at OSI and this was my first "diplomatic-incident".

I have finished the delivery of the Nuclear devices.

The delay was a result of the Planet Kurile being blocked by that Blood Dragon gunboat. I docked at Freeport 9 a few hours, fortunately the Dragon was gone then.
