It is in our opinion that what's being done constitutes metagaming, in that information intended for out-of-roleplay use (Server Player List page, in this case), is being used as in-roleplay knowledge. We are treating this in the same manner as the player list in game, which does not count toward roleplay evidence.

You may certainly gather information on players and their movements, but such information must be collected directly in game.
