this was a hell of an evening. I got caught in frontlines at a battle between LSF and RM, but I don't want to go into detail on this. The more important things happned on my way back to Planet New Berlin.

They set course to New Berlin system. They got desperate, as they both failed to destroy me. They even tried to bounty me.

Well, I did not give up to fight the Heron, as my weapons could not harm the Battlecruiser. All my system wide distress calls remained unresponded. Probably due to the attack of the LSF in Hamburg system.
The chase went on through Stuttgart system. I tried to hold up the Cruiser to have time to fight the Heron by disabling the trade lanes with well placed mines. When we had reached Omega-7, I continued to fight the Heron. Eventually the Heron managed to dock at Freistadt Base, when the Cruiser catched up. The whole chase, fight and struggle for survive lasted one hour.

They must not tolerate a group of so called "miners" using IMG technology and IMG transponders to cover their illegal activities.

Just when I came back and again in front of new Berlin: A Zoner BWT carrying Military Vehicles.
This time Kadett Becker responded to my call for assistance.
The Zoner refused our orders and fled to Bonn Station.

Subject: Trader´s complaint to informations about trade restrictions and licensed cargo changes
Guten Tag,
on my last short patrol, I was controling an independent trader and he complained about insufficient and inaccurate informations about trade restrictions and cargo licensing in Rheinlad and ask me to send his complaint to responsible department. He claimed that many traders are using well known TGS (Trader´s Guide to Sirius - you can see it for example at this datalink - http://discoverygc.com/wiki/index.php/Commodities) but there are not actual informations about cargo regulations declared by RFP (I think he means this RFP channel - http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?...pic=97431).
It is truth that for example Plutonium, Nuclear Devices, Toxic Waste, Prometheum and Pharmaceuticals are in TGS specified as legal cargo without any restrictions, although is in these days restricted and special license is required. He claimed that especially begining traders may then unintentionally break the law because of this inaccurate informations. Of course I emphasized him that every trader has to study Rheinland criminal and trader law, this is a problem of TGS makers and ignorance is no excuse). But maybe you can think about contact TGS makers and inform them about the important changes if they still didn´t notice them.
He also claimed that at the bottom of TGS cargo table is a datalink to "The Laws of Sirius" (http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=32168) but in the "The Laws of Rheinland" part is also nothing about the new restrictions even in an Article eight (Temporary regulations), where are mentioned only military vehicles and light arms. Maybe it will be also useful to ensure add the datalink to Rheinland Federal Polizei Cargo Regulations channel here.
Also I want to note that it will be very usefull to add this datalink also to RFP Pilot Handbook, because it is missing here now.

I don't know, who gave you those regulations, but there is a reason, why these regulations are not included in the laws and why they aren't part of your handbook.
The regulations are outdated and declared as void from the Rheinland Bundestag and shouldn't be enforced.

Subject: RFP Pilot Handbook and laws datalink channel not corresponding informations

Thanks for specify, I was obviously confused because mentioned datalink channel of licensing (http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=97431) is still in public RFP files and there is no notice that they are declared as void. Maybe it will be useful to add this information to prevent confusion of any other RFP members, especially trainees like me.
At Pilot Handbook are as contraband mentioned these commodities: Artifacts, Black Market Munitions, Blood Diamonds, Cardamine, Counterfeit Software, Gaian Wildlife, Human Organs, Nomad Materials, Slaves and Synthetic Marijuana. Only mentioned exception is that Cryer Pharmaceuticals is licensed to carry Synthetic Marijuana for medical purposes and Human Organs.
But at the laws channel in Rheinland part (information update signed 19/9) are under the same contraband commodities exceptions also for Researcher vessels that are licensed to carry Counterfeit Software and Gaian Wildlife. Also there is banned possession of illegal equipment (especially when belongs to military or criminals/terrorists) what is not mentioned in our handbook. The last difference is article eight (Temporary regulations), where is restriction of shipping military vehicles and light arms to specified shipping agents.
Please inform me if I have to ignore the differences and follow only RFP Pilot Handbook informations, or I have to add the restrictions from laws channel to my personal version. In this case I propose to add this missing information to public version of our handbook.

Personal notice: At my first report about first shift, it seemed I had a hard day. After today I wish more this ordinary "heavy" days, because I almost died.

R1: Short description: assistance at smuggler search Details: When I took off the Planet New Berlin in my new Roc bomber, I was asked by Officer Thomas Wolthers to help him and two Military vessels in searching of the smuggler at Hamburg system. Unfortunately he flew to the free space so we very soon ended this action.
R2: Short description: assistance to RFP officer and Rheinwehr, smuggler/Liberty border violator ships destroy Details: Then I was involved to two situations which ended in destroyed ships. Off. Wolthers stopped at planet Hamburg ship and I joined the situation and two Rheinwehr ships too. It´s captain told us straight that he is going to New York and then tryed to escape, so we opened fire and destroyed him. The second case at same place was IMG ship, it´s captain was repeatedly answering question where is he going to as "I don´t know yet". This suspicious behaviour was not tolerated by Rheinwehr officer Paul Bommel and he fired warning shots. After that, IMG vessel opened fire at us and tryed to escape, so we were forced to destroy it.
R3: Short description: artifacts smuggler search Details: After that, I flew back to New Berlin system and started to monitor traffic at Hamburg jump gate. Suddenly ship with ID MaxScorpion appears from trade lane. I scanned their cargo and it was full of artifacts! When he saw me, he quickly flew do jump gate, despite I ordered him to stop the engines. I quickly informed Off. Wolthers because he was in Hamburg system, and flew to jump gate. After I appeared in Hamburg system, radar showed me that MaxScorpion is 11K far and after few seconds, he disseaperd in space. It was obvious that he is counting with police officer on the trade lane so he wanted to avoid them. I informed off. Wolthers about this and we take advantage of two officers - off. Wolthers went to watch Hudson jump gate and I quickly flew to Bering jump gate. But smuggler was obviously very clever and stayed in free space, so after some time we end this action. Unfortunately I have not any evidence because is I said, he jumped through gate and dissapeared very quickly.
R4: Short description: technical assistance with IFF problem Evidence:#1#2 Details: When I was near Bering jump gate, I noticed ship with ID Torp and Liberty Navy IFF tag that jumped in Hamburg and continued to trade lane. I started to pursue him and catched him near Bonn station. I warned him that although he has Freelancer ID, he have to change his IFF. He declared that he has technical problems with IFF responder. After my emphasize that he has to solve this problem immediately, he docked at Bonn Station. When I met him some time later, his IFF was neutral and not Liberty Navy.
R5: Short description: RFP officers under attack with deadly force of vessel with unknown improved technology (maybe nomad or wild) Evidence:#1#2 Details: During the communication with Torp, I noticed near of us ship with strange behaviour which seemed a little like provoking of the Battleship Strausberg crew. After short time, Battleship shot at him warning shots. Because I was still in communication with Torp, I only scanned him but he used traded lane before I can do any action against him. Identification of the ship was MM~Shushy', ID was Mercenary, IFF Freelancer. After short time, off. Wolthers called for assitance at criminal activity near Dortmund Station. I used trade lane and in middle of the way I found off. Wolthers, ship identified as Randy.Liveron (I think it has Zoner IFF but I´m not sure), that MM~Shushy' and three Hessians ship.
Because I though that the other ships are under attack of Hessians, I immediately started to hunt them and I killed them. After that, I surprisingly noticed that MM~Shushy' is attacking off. Wolthers! I joined the fight but very soon I became prey same as off. Wolthers. I didn´t seen ship flying like this in my life. It was practicaly impossible to hit it or at least to take it in aim cross. It´s flight seemed more like jumping from place to place. After a few minutes of fight, MM~Shushy' heavy damaged and nearly destroyed off. Wolthers ship so the emergency system evacuate him to space and attacker concentrated fire only on me.
Fortunately another RFP officer appeared (I didn´t know his name because my radar was damaged and didn´t work properly) and battle continued a few minutes two on one but with not very different progress. And suddenly, I noticed that another RFP ship dissapeared! My opinion is that MM~Shushy' fired a kind of weapon that made a mini black hole which draw him it and sent the ship to unknown place (I heard about that technology from pilots in bars across Sirius during my trader career) but I don´t know what really happened.
This really scared me but I tryed to continue the fight and get this ship. After a few minutes of hopeless effort to hit him, four Red Hessians ships appeared. I thought that this is my end but (I didn´t believe that I will say this) they in fact saved my life. Because MM~Shushy' fired at them a few shots, they quickly recognized who is their main enemy here and started to fire at him while he continued hunt on me. I estimate that battle continued for twenty minutes like this. At this time I had to use all my shield batteries and then, when I was without shield, most of my nanobots to prevent the destroy of my ship. Some ship systems failed, the most important of them was pilot emergency module system eject (!).
Situation seemed hopeless but then in one moment Hessians capture attention of MM~Shushy' for a few seconds. I turned on my cruise engines, made some spins with dropping of flares to prevent hit of cruise disruptor missiles and finally escaped to Ruhr Asteroid field, where MM~Shushy' gave up his effort to catch me. Then I carefully flew my heavily damaged ship with many systems malfunctions through the Ruhrfeld to Dortmund station. Here I docked, reported RFP officer´s emergency module in space (Wolthers), sent quickly message about MM~Shushy' ship to RFP and Rheinwehr EWS (Early Warning System) and finally went exhausted to bar for some drinks to celebrate that I am alive. Then after some rest and sleep I carefully transported my damaged Roc to Elbe station, gave him to our mechanics and technicians to repair and finally finished my shift.
Technical note: I have only a few images of evidence from my shift, because the guncams record memory was heavily damaged during the fight with MM~Shushy' and technicians saved only this pictures.

Guten Tag dear Officers,
this is my first report since Oberst Schulz granted me permission to setup a Rheinland armored transport. This freighter is named [RFP]Geilenkirchen. Although intial tests in Halle went gut, the reality showed me and my co-pilot, that the Ragnar is inferior in terms of combat against fighters and especially gunboats.
Therefore the Geilenkirchen has been delegated mainly for training in Halle system and supervision of freighter traffic near planet Hamburg by me. I think this is the best way how the Ragnar should serve the Bundespolizei until my co-pilot and I become experienced with the Ragnar.
Anyway, I still have a Phantom light fighter for patroling Rheinland.
Todays patrol took me around our main system New Berlin, especially around Dortmund and Essen station. This part of our Vaterland seems to be a turnstile for many smugglers.
I encountered at least two vessels, that were flying under an ID of Deep Space Engineering and were violating cargo restrictions. The first one was a vessel called CCCP_Evilkrank. This vessel had loaded luxury consumer goods in his cargo. **
The captain of the DSE vessel was ordered to drop his cargo, but he refused and docked at Dortmund before I could revoke his docking rights. I thought that I would not see this rogue again and resumed patrol to planet New Berlin. Just a minute later the sensor network told me that the CCCP_Evilkrank was in space again, this time with a Freelancer ID. *
I ordered the captain to pay a fine to the Bundespolizei for his violation of law just earlier but he refused to comply, threatened my life and opened fire on my Phantom. While battling this criminal I called for reinforcements. The RNC-Ostsee responded to my call. In the end the RNC-Ostsee's support meant that the CCCP_Evilkrank perished. *
Besides this incident I encountered another DSE vessel named Cawa carrying diamonds in his Boderworlds Transport. **
Although I ordered the captain of the Cawa to drop his cargo he refused and instead docked at Dortmund station has since this not been seen again. *
I highly advice to register this vessel for the criminal data base.
Continuing my patrol took me to Hamburg and back to New Berlin. On my way to Bonn station I met an IC vessel named Spoiler in a Bretonian Shire transport hauling superconductors. **
Informing him about the cargo restrictions of IC vessels he claimed to have smuggled these superconductors out of Liberty. I doubt that he did that as he was flying from Bonn to Dortmund. I ordered him to drop but he refused to comply and fled to Dortmund station. Although I ordered alle stations nearby to revoke docking rights for the Spoiler the captain somehow mangaed to hack into the docking procedure and could land on Dortmund. I have attached the communication protocol and guncamshots of this incident. *****
The captain ot the Spoiler should be noted for the Rheinland Criminal Data base as well.
Later on I landed my Phantom and took the Geilenkirchen for training at Halle. On my way to the system the sensor network showed that an IC vessel called Randy.Leveron was traveling in Rheinland. This vessel was involved in the incident with MM~Shushi who was able to neutralize the Geilenkirchen earlier on. Kadett Stone has already mentioned this in his report.
Calling Kadett Nic.Becker for assistance we tried to pursue this vessel but he escaped in the borderworlds so we had to stop our hunt. With this I landed on Konstanz to end my shift.

Guten Tag, dear Officers,
taking a double shift yesterday proved to be quite dangerous for me and colleagues of the Bundespolizei, especially near the end of my shift.
First I launched the Geilenkirchen from Konstanz Boder station into the Hamburg System. the Kommandeur of Konstanz aksed me to transport some prisoners to Vierlande so I made a little detour to Vierlande. *
After stationing the Geilenkirchen on planet Hamburg I took a shuttle back to planet New Berlin to get into my Phantom light fighter and actually start my patrol in Rheinland. Flying around in system New Berlin I encountered some ships of the Bretonian CONVOY on its way back to their Kingdom. The group consisted of two Shire transport hauling nuclear devices escorted by a Bretonia gunboat. ****
With the help of newcoming Polizei officer callsigh Andy2002 I escorted the Bretonians out of Rheinland to Omega-7. During this escort officer Andy and I encountered an IC vessel violating the cargo restriction in our Vaterland, so I ordered Herr Andy to stop and investigate the violator. From what I have heard he had to destroy the embargo breaker near Bonn station while I was near planet Stuttgart with CONVOY.
In orbit of Stuttgart a vessel of Gateway shipping was broadcasting a wrong Interspace TAG-signal, so I ordered him to get his repaired quickly. **
With the Bretonian transports reaching the trade lane to Freistadt Base officer Andy and I resumed patrol when we met Officer Kugelblitz. We went on patrol together. Most of this patrol was quite calm, even in Omega-7 and we three were en route back to Stuttgart again when we received a system wide broadcast by am member of the Sirius Coaltion Revolutionary Army, spreading his communistic propaganda. *
Both Officer Kugelblitz and I were aware how dangerous such a Coalition pilot can be so we ordered Officer Andy to stay behind us in case of a fight which would likely occur.
Me and Kugelblitz tried to interrogate the Coalition pilot for his intentions and ordered him to leave Rheinland space immediatly. Instead this Herr Claus opened fire and destroyed Officer Andy's ship with a few well placed shots. Officer Kugelblitz and I activated wepaons and fought this terrorist some kilometers away from planet Stuttgart. This vilian was not alone as a Revolution - KSD-C9902 arrived on the scene. With the balance of firepower on their side I sent a systemwide broadcast for support by Rheinwehr and other Bundespolizei forces. Some of them arrived time by time, on the other hand the coalition was enforced by one of their gunboats. The fighting was brutal and no quarter of mercy was given by any side, but despite the initial loss of Herr Andy's ship there were no casualties on either side.
Some minutes later this cursed mercenary called Silver Reaver showed up and made clear that she wanted to be hired by the Coalition to fight against us. Officer Kugelblitz tried to inhibit this by hiring this wanted criminal himself, but this was futile. Silver Reaver engaged our forces in a Kusari Black Dragon. I have never fought against this cursed mercenary before but I have to admit that she is top notch fighter and it wouldn't have taken much and I would have been another victim to her weapons.
In this moment I was grateful for the training with Oberst Bommel and Kadett Stone in Halle. Polizei officer Herr Heck did not have so much luck as he was shot down some moments later.
Some time during the battle near Stuttgart the Coalition gunboat made a stealthy retreat, but was replaced by Coalition destroyer immediately! It seemed the Coalition wanted to raise the stakes for a victory, and we had difficulties to come against this kind of capital ship. Despite this, Rheinwehr officer Derman managed to shoot down the Coalition bomber, but his ship was badly damaged so he had to retreat to Stuttgart. We asked him to inform Rheinwehr Oberkommando about the SCRA incursion and soon we got an answer by the Rheinwehr Reserveflotte with the arrival of the RNC-Augsburg.
Meine Damen and Herren Polizisten, seeing the Augsburg arriving on the scene was a big deliverance for us all. On the other side the captain of the SCRA-International was suddenly eager to get out of Rheinland. Nun, with my assistance by disrupting the cruise engines of the destroyer, the communists fell victim to the superior firepower of the RNC-Augsburg.
With only one Coalition pilot in an Odin Heavy fighter and the mercenary Silver Reaver left, the Augsburg went on standby to avoid friendly fire. I managed to shoot down the Coalition pilot, but nobody of our forces was able to stop Silver.Reaver from fleeing again. I can only advice all Bundespolizei officers to watch their backs for this mercenary, as she got out of this battle almost undamaged.
I managed to tractor Officer Andy's escape pod into my cargo room, but we could not find any sign of Officer Heck. I hope the rescue teams of Stuttgart have found him.
Rheinwehr soldier Frau Higham stayed on Stuttgart to have an eye on the border while the rest of us flew back to system New Berlin. Officer Kugelblitz continued his shift while I landed on planet New Berlin to get officer Andy to hospital. He should be well today again from what I have heard.

Guten Abend dear Oberkommando,
recovering from last night's battle I had an uneasy feeling in my stomach when I started my next night shift. I should soon after be right of this.
I flew to Hamburg so supervise any in and outgoing traffic so that no smuggler might break the embargo. At first there was nothing exciting, but about some minutes later, long range scanner network of planet Hamburg showed three unidentified ships approching. As soon as it was possible I ordered the vessels to identify themselves. In the end they turned out to be corsair capital ships consisting of 1 dreadnough, 1 cruiser and a gunboat! See attached the results of my scans: ******
Oppossing such huge firepower I could do nothing than make a hasty retreat before the Geilenkirchen got into weapon range of the corsairs. As soon as I reached system New Berlin, I informed all Rheinwehr and Bundespolizei units about the Corsair incursion. Kadet Becker responded as well as the RNC-Skorzeny and the RNC-Panther and others. I myself landed the Geilenkirchen on New Berlin, climbed into my Phantom and accompanied the Skorzeny on its flight to Hamburg.
We soon spotted the Corsair capital ships some kilometers from Alter shipyard away, engaged in a battle with the RNC-Panther and another RNC-vessel. The latter was destroyed soon after. I have no clue if there were any survivors of this ship.
Anyway, our first target was the Corsair dreadnought and it soon came under fire by the RNC-Skorzeny. Although my energy weapons were no match for the Corsair, I assisted the Rheinwehr vessel with my nuclear mines. These proved to be quite useful as the dreadnought did not move. The result was clear soon after. **
Some minutes later the Corsair cruiser and the Corsair gunboat were destroyed by our combined forces as well. **
With the Corsair raiders being neutralized, we encountered a rather strange behaviour of the RNC-Panther. The crew of the Rheinland gunboat withdrew from battlefield without any word, while at least I received some rather strange signals from her. I informed the other Rheinwehr and Bundespolizei members of my sneaking suspicion of a possible Wild infestation and together we tried to find the RNC-Panther, but she had disappeared from our screens entirely. Even the TLAGSNET showed no sign of her. Only a hint from a Zoner-fighter indicated the ship in system Stuttgart. The last sighting I got was the RNC-Panther disapperaing in the Ostnebel, broadcasting a strange message, something like "Fear the unknown." *
Dear Bundespolizisten, I have never had such a creepy feeling when hearing this message and somehow I refused to enter Ostnebel. Meanwhile Frau Obers Bommel informed me that the Bundespolizei SEK had investigated the RNC-Panther earlier and had not found anything strange. She ordered me back to patrol and I complied.
Continuing patrol I met a Kruger-Barge named Cooperator in New Berlin, filled with copper ore. **
As the Barge was not registered in our data base, Frau Oberst Bommel and Kadett Nic Becker assisted me in this matter. After interrogation of the captain he was to met with a Samura-pilot to trade the copper ore.
Frau Oberst ordered the Barge to leave Rheinland to Omega-7 while I resumed patrol. From what I have heard this Barge later disapperared due to using a cloaking device.
I still have Oberst Bommel's words in my ears to destroy any Barge rightaway that is not registered in Rheinland. She seemed to be very angry about this.
The rest of my patrol through the systems New Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich was rather quite, despite confiscating some illegal weapons from traders who had an encounter with some minor unlawfuls. They all complied to my order.
At the end of my shift I landed on New Berlin to get the Geilenkirchen into space again, transporting some prisoners to Vierlande.
Just right after entering system Hamburg, I encountered a freelancer with a Hegemon named KitRae2. He was transporting diamonds to planet Denver in Liberty as he admitted. ***
After some interrogation by me and the Rheinwehr gunboat RNG-Bladerunner the freelancer dropped his cargo and paid the fine of 2.5 million credits to me. I have destroyed the contraband and forwarded the fine to RFP|Arsenal already. **
My last action was transporting the prisoners to Vierlande before I stationed the Geilenkirchen on planet Hamburg. During this I had a conversation with Oberst Bommel. She suggested that I should get a wingman when flying with the Ragnar armored transport. I suggested officer Isidor Kugelblitz for this as we both proved to work together very nicely in the past. That means if he agrees to this, of course.
With this I took a shuttle back to New Berlin to get all the paper work done. End of report.

Guten Abend,
after i started my work this day it seems to be a long and fine day... so i thought.
But i reached a Message from Officer Wolthers that some Corsair Capital Ships
shown up at Hamburg System and so i flew there to assist him and meet there some Rheinwehr Militär.
With all that Firepower it was a question of Time when the Corsair got kicked to hell...
After the fight Officer Wolthers informed me of the strange signals he got from RNC-Panther.
After a chase from Hamburg to stuttgard signals got Lost of the RNC-Panther in the Ostnebel
and i got ordered to get back to duties From Oberst Frau Bommel.
On the way back to Planet New Berlinwhere i wanna get some repairs i meet Officer Wolthers again and
we flew thru the Jumpgate to System New Berlin when a Barge shown up right behind the Jumpgate.
A short Message from Oberst Frau Bommel informs us that hte Barge was not registered.
A few Minutes later Frau Bommel meets us near the Barge and ordered the Barge
to leave Rheinland after a short communication with it's Kapitän.
I left them alone to patrol the Tradelanes as far as Freistadt Base in Omega-7.
Then i got a Message on my secure channel from Oberst Frau bommel,
that i have to search for a Signal of RNC-Bismark, I send a Message over the hole
System but no response... After 2h waiting i left the System to got my needed repairs on
New Berlin, but after i reach the Stuttgart System i first thought i wound be dreaming.
A Outcaster callsign "HawkX" near the Omega-7 Jumpgate. He told me
that is sensors are damaged in a fight and ask for a way to liberty.
To make it short, i escorted him till Bering System and after that i flew to New Berlin,
where i got finally my repairs which are very needed at the time.
After i land ob the Police Repair Station on New Berlin, i went to my office to write this report.
