I have had reports of your ships entering Alpha and engaging our units. No visual confirmation was salvagable from the ships' data bases. Pilots say that you have Eagles equipped with Tizona Del Cid's AND Krakens. I can assure you that whether you go into Alpha or Gamma, THAT will not be welcomed. Right now I need confirmation (preferably visual) of some kind from any Outcast, or otherwise, about their equipment layout or actions.

WoL can confirm them attacking Outcast ships. Two days ago they engaged Outcast Destroyer in Omicron Eta. Our ships were on assignment at that time on the same system, we answered the distress call and managed to fend off their puny attack (although the attacked destroyer was forced to dock to the nearest station for immediate repairs). After that, their ships trespassed Alpha and then Graveyard and jumped to the Spirit worlds. Ships were mostly Rocs, I can't confirm "unusual" fighter setups.

I do hope your friend Alberto Guerra had no serious injuries after his attempt to shoot me and one of my vessels down after our last peaceful discussion above the mine field of Omicron Eta.
I really did enjoy the friendly atmosphere of this place you ad chosen for our meeting and the frankness of your words, not to speak of the sympathy I felt (at once) for our dearest Albertito.
As I said, the Galactic Hackers, Outlaws & Shadow Traders (GHOST) had to open fire on Outcast Cruiser "Cmdr.John.French" because of past personal difficulties. This was no agressive action towards the Outcast People.
Maybe you learned since this first "diplomatic talk" we had you and me (I'm not quite sure Alberto was seriously listining at what we said, even if I might be wrong about this) that GHOST pilots already did help the Outcasts in fightings against both IMG and BHG, namely in Tau 37.
What is sure, is you won't like the following warnings:
GHOST pilots don't interfere in fights between Corsairs and Outcasts. This is one of our first principles. We happen to believe these factions would better join their efforts against the so called 'lawfuls" then losing their time (and occasionnally their lives) while fighting each other. I'm not sure wether you'll appreciate it either, but: The Galactic Hackers would rather be declared 'killed on sight' by both the Corsair and the Outcast Council then have to chose between fighting the ones and becoming exclusive allies of the others.

Your views against the "Lawful's" are commendable, i suppose. Personal problems or not, an Outcast Ship was heavily damaged due to your employee's. That WILL NOT and HAS NOT changed. You are not granted passage through any Outcast system. You are not granted refuge on any Outcast base in any Omicron systems. If you are seen in our systems, you will be asked to leave. Two additional warnings will be given, one will have some weapons discharged near your ship. If you further refuse (ie: small talk, "peace" talks, or otherwise), you will be destroyed, or ran out of the system.
Of course....if you dont like lawful's then you will have no need to be in our systems. For we do not have "lawful's" in our part of space.
