Maybe you should increase your security and refresh the docking codes?
I do not know whether the KNF cares about outcast vessels docking with their military force.

Buppa Zu Gan, arigatou, thank you for this information. We are not in the habit of allowing outcast aligned vessels docking with our battleships: your intelligence is disturbing.

Though some ships of the secondary and tertiary fleets are seen out side of the usual systems to execute training orders, some vessels such as 'The.Center' do occasionally act against orders and wander. One way or another, they usually realise the benefits of staying within our operational zone.

High Command is evaluating this information and will take any necessary steps soon.
