I also see you are not a high ranking personnel of the government or the Bretonian Armed Forces. Yes you belong to the government, but it appears you are a back bench PM. Firstly I would like to thank those of that has already replied. We wasn't expecting such a rapid response from so many of you all.

Secondly I am, as my Transmission information will have told you by now, Miss Kim Allen. I will be the main point of contact with you all from now on as well as any further recipent's that make contact in the coming future. And I am very likely to see each of you all in person when the Summit begins.

Now to business.

I have seen from a number of you have voiced issues with security, so I shall start of with that first.

There are a varity of things that Mr Bellingham has already said in his original message to you all. This is directly aimed at that any House or any person with in takes action against another at the Summit's location or whilst Envoy's are moving to and fro cannot take part of the Summit. Outright refusal will be considered to us, and I am sure, many, many Sirians that they are against why we first ever came to the sirius sector. As well as this, they may not also gain any benefits of taking part in the Summit. As well as being able to take your own security personnal, though up to three escort vessels can also come with the Envoy. No more than three will not be allowed.

Diplomatic immunity is in effect, those that break it will be seen as a threat to the Summit and are only likely to be seen as being against our forefathers in doing so. It is also advisable that all security pilots that are coming with the Envoy to be prepared to patrol the system and counter any threat that becomes to all Summit members, who ever they may be.

Orbital Spa & Cruise will also have our own fleet of security vessels present throughout the Summit and will be performing patrols seven days running up untill the Summit itself. Also if it is required we are prepared to hire persons to help protect the Summit and patrol the Cortez system. These person's would be taken from Security Firm's, Freelancer's and Mercenaries and all hired employees will need to be prepared to defend all Summit Attendees and be prepared to attack those that wish to cause the Summit harm or anyone there in the Summit itself.

As one of our own Security pilots you are likely to see me in space upon arriving before I see you in person planetside.

I also see that some of you have asked for Intelligence on the Cortez system including possible known security issues that the system faces. I will send you all a report, to all of those that request it, 14 days before the Summit.

I am also wishing to compile a list of all those that will be attending. Which brings me to a issue. Can Interspace Commerce and Universal Shipping confirm whom is their Envoy. I am sorry but I see 3 responses from Universal Shipping that sorry to say is complicating things, as well as making it hard for me to see who is the actual Envoy. Same goes for Interspace Commerce to which I have been given 2 responses which is giving me the same problem.

And I think lastly I hope that either Liberty or Bretionia will give access where required to Rheinland Envoys that wish to attend.

I am afraid there has been some misunderstanding.
I will be attending in my capacity of representing the Kusari Teikoku (クサリ 帝国, Kusari Empire).
I was under the impression that this was a meeting between the various governments of Sirius as opposed to individual corporations.
While I may be able to field questions related to Samura Heavy Industries, my goal here is to represent the state.
Samura will most likely be sending another envoy to speak on behalf of them if corporations are indeed invited to contribute.

I am pleased to see that the Rheinland government would like to send representation and echo the wish that they be allowed safe passage for the the purpose of this peaceful, diplomatic summit.
Also I urge that the houses of both Liberty and Bretonia send representation as well as this will only truly make progress if each government is committed to cooperate on what ever level we may do so.
If it pleases the Bretonians, I am happy to agree to not discuss any matters pertaining to our dispute for the duration of this summit.
The security of the people of Sirius as a whole is more important than any legal disputes we may currently be involved in.
