The time has come for me ask for an open a dialoug with one of you about events that haven been taking place outside the home systems. Without going into too much detail, I have heard of engagements in the Taus and other systems in the edges of house space that is slowly taking note here in Rheinland. More and more I see various factions of IMG transports FTU tagged ships as well as Council transports from Gallia, As well as EFL and GMS ships entering Rheinland. Though it's something of a historic event to be reunited with survivors of Sol after, a very long time, I hold a place of reservation for this, reunion.

My hope in communicating to you is to get some objective perspective on the matter. I have also seen your ships, from time to time, enter Rheinalnd space, not knowing much about you or what is the ultimate goal of your visits.

I have spent the latter part of a year trying to develop projects in Rheinland and, perhaps communicating with your people may help in my endeavors to give some other direction to what I hope can be a benefit not just to Rheinalnd, but to other houses.

I'€™m an idealist when it comes to humanity, but remain realistic in the idea that there are those who simply want war, who simply want chaos and disorder rather than something stable, tangible. Perhaps my hope is a fleeting one, but it's one I'm willing to strive for.

My request is to meet with one of your representatives in space around Freeport 11 to discuss this further. I would prefer someone willing to listen beyond having one hand on a trigger.

If what I have heard about the Order and seen with my own eyes still holds, I can believe that. When your ships offered help in defense in the Omegas, it was provided and then you simply went away when ask to, quickly and patiently. You don'€™t '€˜ask'€™ for donations and your presence within Rheinland, to my knowledge, has never led to a hostile encounter.

The most convenient times to meet with you are on the weekends and late afternoons. It will just be me. We can go into depth when we arrange a good time to converse. Perhaps we can try something on Thursday later in the afternoon around Freeport 11?
