While their fellow TAZ members were going into their assigned quarters, the trio were escorted by same woman who led them into the conference room.
"Right this way, gentlemen.", said the woman leading them into another set of double-doors. "I must say this new Pope has got some advanced systems onboard the ship. Which reminds me, 'How's the progress of that new Aquillon?'" "My dear Professor, we're still making out the modifications on the new ship. The hull is perfectly finished at the moment; however, the interior is wholly unfinished." "Ex'cuse me, Cap'n, but may I join them cooks at the diner?" "*takes a deep breath* Alright Bannon but you make sure you leave the cooking to them, 'Kay?"
And with that Bannon went off to the restaurant's kitchen on deck two. The two of them, Professor Carlisle and Pope-Captain Rainus, arrived at their quarters.
"Here are your quarters gentlemen, if there are any problems just use 'Jeeves'.", said the woman with a sly smile of a fox. The two men entered the room, amazed by what they see.
"Who or what is a jeeves?", asked the Professor but the woman was gone already. "Just like back at Gran Canaria, eh, Professor?", he said as he went to the window. Outside one can see the biodome with the sun perfectly placed on the ceiling, but at a closer look it wasn't a sun but a star. With its bright yellow orange light bearing down on the plant-life below.
Fascinating, he thought. As always the Professor was looking for something out of the ordinary, so to speak. One could see him fiddling with a computer panel or messing around with some consoles.
"Ahah! Found it! or is it a he....", triumphed the Professor who found 'Jeeves' next to the wall beside the beds.
Beep! Beep! Kcssssh.....unk! *Greetings, I am Jeeves, your personal assistant for the day* "Interesting.", the Professor then begins to fiddle with the computer. "Becareful that you don't break it, Professor. This is not our ship."
Suddenly a soft knock at the door... Rainus immediately answers it. "Who could be that?", as he pushes the 'unlock button'. "Your clothes, sir.", answered the same woman before this time with a steward carrying a luggage. "Ah! We forgot about it." "Actually we were contacted by your 'cook', Bannon is it?" "Figures. Alright put them beside that lamp post.", before the steward leaves Rainus hands him a pineal amulet, his tip of sorts.
The steward is startled by the 'tip' but accepts it anyways, "Uh-Thanks."
Rainus looks at Professor Carlisle still fiddling with 'Jeeves', he just smiles and begins to sift through the clothes they packed for the evening. And finds something 'suitable' to his eyes. At last he finds a perfect match of upper and lower garments, with the Pineal Amulet worn inside the shirt.
(not Rainus)
After finishing up, Rainus asks 'Jeeves' where is the dining hall is.... while Professor Carlisle begins to finish up himself. Coming out of the bathroom, everything's the same in the image of the Professor; although, one can notice that he has shaven himself a little.
"Don't you have another pair of lab coats? Professor? Clean ones perhaps?" "Oh! but this coat doesn't need cleaning. I've perfected a solution that will allow any user to never clean their clothes."
Rainus just shook his head and begins to exit the room. Professor Carlisle follows behind him.
"I am excited to see the research department of this magnificent ship. Who knows what knowledge their scientists can divulge to us." "We can ask Pope Leo later."
Moments later they arrived at the restaurant..... catching Mal at the end of his toast.....again
"Kallisti! my fellow friends!"
To which Carlisle whispers, "Why are we so late today...."
Rainus first shakes Pope Leo's hands and then Gypsie's... and gently bows to Mal and Gypsie's companion
"My My! Aren't you all a happy bunch... but where are the others? Ah, may I introduce my friend here", gesturing to Carlisle, "Professor Louis Carlisle of the Shasta Research Institute."
"The pleasure is all mine... Please.", said the professor unsure of himself.
The two take seats at the table adjacent to them. Rainus turns to Leo....
"Ah, Leo, you don't mind Bannon being already in the kitchen do you? Here sure wants to cook for this special occasion... Most preferably dessert. Something along the lines of coconut", Rainus winks just as their table is served wine.

A bit lost, Sarah took a glass of wine as she wandered about, looking to see where she was to be quartered. She was a touch hungry too. Many questions ran through her mind. Where were the TAZ brass? So many new faces. Still, the ship she was on was pretty spectacular.
"Excuse me," she said kindly to a steward, "could you escort me to where I need to be?
She then followed the youngster to where people were gathering to dine.
When the guests showed up at the entrance he invited them to the table to take their reserved seats.
"Oh well, I always wanted Banon to visit my kitchen, so no, I don't mind. I'm glad you could make it to here. As we've talked on the comms I had the intetion to invite you to taste my chefs finest menus. So here you are."
Leo talks with Rainus when suddenly Ms. Coyle appeared at the restaurant.
"Excuse me Rainus, I need to lead the way for the Commander, I'll be back in a second"
Leo hurried to the Miss and lead her to his place.
"Welcome again, this is my ships greatest restaurant. I hope you'll enjoy our cuisine, our chefs are doing their best and also Mr. Banon is in the kitchen. So no reason to be afraid of the food."
Leo smiles a little then helps the lady...
Meanwhile in the kitchen, the personnel is rushing from table to table...
"Since people are getting hungry, and thirsty, Banon decided to send the waiters... here there are"
Leo stands up...
"I'm glad that we're here together, today, and I would like to thank the blessings, the gifts and mainly that You've came here. I can announce that from this day I, my crew and the Leonardo is ready to serve Eris, the temple and to serve the need of other fellow popes and popesses. Please enjoy this 'party', rest while you're here. After you leave this ship the work starts again. So please enjoy this little time remained! Cheers!"

Sarah sat at the table she was escorted to, giving a smile to Leo. Yes, the accomodations were outstanding but still, Sarah felt a bit......strange. She couldn't remember a time were she had dressed so well but was alone. Another thought then hit her, "when was the last time she had a date?"
"A drink, Miss?" asked a waiter. She smiled, "Yes, White Zinfendal, please." He nodded and returned a minute or so later with the drink.
After the greeting from Leo, she studied the menu and decided on what to order.
The salad and consomme had been excellent, serving to take away the slight "buzz" from the numerous toasts offerred. Mal and Leo had been talking quietly about the Leonardo's history, and his plans for the future. He had been delighted to hear the Captain's commitment to the Church.
During the conversation, Mal had glanced several times at the lovely Ms. Cole, wondering why she had chosen to sit alone at a table removed from the others. Being a "holy man" had in no way curtailed his interest in the "finer things in life".. "Ah well.. nothing ventured.."
He turned to his right, and quietly asked Gypsie if he would mind moving down a chair. Mal nodded in Sarah's direction, and soon there was a shuffle as Penelope and Gypsie made room. Mal rose, and approached Med Force 2's Chief of Medical Staff.. The striking young woman was still picking at her salad, apparently lost in thought.
"Good evening, Ms. Cole. I would be honored if you would join me at the Captain's table. It appears there seems to be a seat available.." he was able to get out before his tongue stopped working.
Sarah looked up, taking in his rather garish and outdated coat. Mal's heart sank. A pause..
"Why... yes, Episkopos. I would like that."
She rose, like the sun over a dew-laden meadow, and placed her delicate yet deft hand in the crook of Mal's extended arm. Ignoring the lull in conversation, and Skripto's annoying leer, they returned to the Captain's table.

Sarah smiled at Mal's being a gentleman and accepted his escort and place at the captain's table. She sat making small talk at first, just trying to fit in as she sipped her wine. Her usual company was her good friend, Alicia so while it took a few minutes to settle in, she felt perfectly comfortable with her "escort" and his companions. Still, she didn't open up too much about herself. It wasn't her way. She didn't like to reveal too much without knowing people more and even then it was normally by need or request.
To those around her, she introduced herself only as Sarah to those around her. Episkipos had already gotten her last name wrong but she didn't care. For once, she was enjoying herself.
Gypsie soon realized he had to behave and tried to settle down. He grabbed the menu and slowly went through all the options until he found that 'stake with potatoes' he was looking for. He ordered two of those and went into small talk with his companion Penelope. Where were all the others?
The meal had been lovely, and the company even more so. He had found Sarah an articulate and witty companion, though more than once he had to gently steer her away from her work. She was definitely commited to her Hippocratic Oath..
Reynard had shown an interest in virtually every aspect of Baffin. Mal answered as best he could, being the "discoverer" of the system, and most of its mysteries and wonders. Of course, the Leonardo was welcome to stay indefinitely in Baffin; but Mal sensed that "Leo's" curiosity would soon have him off exploring.. seeking other sorts of answers.
Mal looked about at the others, laughing and chatting, picking at rich desserts, and becoming perhaps a bit "tipsy" in the process. The one exception was a solitary silent figure, who seemed to project an aura of disdain. Mal wondered if the person even saw the futility of that aura among this vibrant group.
He leaned over and whispered something to Leo, who nodded in return. He rose, wine glass in hand, clinking its' side with a dessert fork to gain the room's attention.
"My fellow TAZ, Erisians, and good friends.
"On happy occasions like these, I sometimes lament that we are told we must "stick apart". It is my personal belief that there is some 'wiggle room' in that Catma. Very few things can exist in a vacuum. Even our dear Scrubbies must have the occasional morsel to munch, and molecule to metabolize.."
Mal detected a few rolled eyes and "not another bloody sermon" looks in the crowd, but pressed on.
"We domesticated primates may think we are bright enough to survive many things, including the rigors of space.. of 'vacuum'; but our meat shells are every bit as fragile as they were thousands of years ago.
"But I am referring more to the mental and ontological vacuums we sometimes create around ourselves, attempting to prove that we need nothing else in our lives except ourselves.
"I submit to you that this gathering tonight supports my 'wiggle room' theory.
"Good discourse and sharing of ideas cannot exist in a vacuum.
"Fellowship and companionship must struggle to survive in a vacuum.
"But most of all, Love abhors a vacuum; and, without Love, we are nothing."
He raised his glass, watching a certain withdrawn guest carefully for a response..
"Here's to four-letter Words! Eris! Evoe! Love!"
Mal continued standing as a plethora of four-letter words resonated though the room. He smiled, but his gaze did not waver. Mentally, he projected a challenge into the gloom.
"Alright, Mnemosym. The floor is yours. Get if off your chest, Haridan!"
Gyp listened carefully to the Episkopos Words, trying to make a mental note of them. Then, as he saw the 'toast' moment was coming, he quickly drew a second bottle of what he had given to Leo as a present, Eristoff Vodka, and hastly poured a lil shot in everybody's glasses.
My dear Episkopos, to our love for Eris said he afterwards, as he raised his own glass and took a full drink.

Sarah turned her head towards Episkopos as he spoke, listening to the words he spoke. His words helped to make her forget about her duties of Med.Force.Two as did the company of those around her. It felt good just enjoying herself again. Yes, it had been awhile.
She placed her hands on the shoulder of Episkopos, smiled and kindly said to him, "Nicely done."
She then sat back in her chair, raised her wine glass to him and sipped it before preparing to wait for the next speech. Noticing her glass was empty, she ordered another.
