My ship has been refited with some new parts but still the same old templar. Moving it per request to hamburg for changeover.
I am sorry to say this, but I think it's time I retire from RepEx. I have been here for a while, but haven't been able to get in my ship much. I think it's time for me to retire.

I got a question regarding the security force and what ships are allowed. Is it allowed for me to buy a KU or RH GunBoat and use it as a Escourt vessal when escourting our traders? It will provide the best protection to our traders and our territory. And on our trade routes in and around Sirius.

For some time plans have been in the works for the transition of RepEx Security into Black Talon Incorporated, and now those plans are being put into action. The attempt on the life of our CEO has proven the need for the galvanization of our forces for the defense of Rheinland and its economic interests. Trade and labour are the sovereign rights of all free men of our great nation and we cannot allow them to be infringed on. The right to liberty is the right to economic freedom and RepEx is a symbol of that.
Black Talon will lead the future of defense in Sirius offering Galactic Security Solutions.
Instructions for RepEx Security members:
- Proceed to Battleship Strasbourg in New Berlin and purchase a Generic Military ID
- Collect a Name Change Certificate from New Berlin and apply for a name change under the following naming conventions: RepEx*BT|nickname
Replace 'nickname' with your call sign. All members who carry numerical designations are welcomed to change to a proper name though you may retain your number if you so like.
New policy guidelines and patrol patterns will be disseminated through myself or Executive in Charge of Security Transition Orion. For now operations are halted until the new system has been set in place. A full restart of security operations in and around Rheinland should be expected immediately once name alterations are complete. Non combat flight to acquire IDs and NCCs is permitted as well as emergency support to RM forces.
Costs for NCCs will be re payed by the corporation while those not able to afford one will have funds offered by senior members.

Hail i have a system malfunction and require a new ship and crew

If i could possibly have funds to rebuy my gunboat and fighter, then i will also try and attain a transport to pay back any loans that i receive.
Sir, A fine night indeed, I have managed to obtain my Military ID's. I then joined up with Gunther after you left for your...relaxation. We did some training together, I must say he's a fine pilot and a good addition to our ranks.
A while later Helios joined and the three of us went looking for the two Unioners that were defiling Hamburg space. It seems that they did not have the courage for a fight, was it because the odds were not in their favour? for a change.
On route back to Alster I met with a Lane Hacker gunboat, unable to remember the designation. I was by myself and was holding my own whilst waiting for backup from Helios.
It was at this point a trader by the nme of Victor Ramond arrived on the scene and immediately engaged the Hacker easing the pressure on me.
It was obviously to much for the Hacker to take and he hightailed it out of Hamburg space. Seems nowadays that pirates and the like can only fight with superior numbers or armament.
Victor informed me he was waiting to join the Security Dept. If you see him again I would sign the guy asap, with bravery like that we need him in our ranks. I know I will when I see him next

By all means recruit this individual to your wing Commander Sanguinius. It was Vicot raimond who alerted us to the presence of Tinky and asked to provide us with support. (Not required) It seems that some some of the persuasion I put on this gentlemean the other day has paid dividends particularly with your additional influence.
Good work to all of you for defending our borders. you are fully correct in your assesment of the pirate population. They attack in numbers in an attempt to disguise their inadequacy. Our wings are much strengthened and we now pose a significant threat to their very existence. Over the next week we should attempt to recruit heavily to bolster the two new wings and perform as much combat training as we can to develop our pilots skills.

it is of course good to hear you are back to operational duty. I hope to see you in space soon.
last night I was returning my bomber arcadian from the om15 borders when I was hailed by 2 RM pilots to assist in the removal of a Blood dragon Pilot. Myself and 193 proceeded to their location. Shortly after our arrival the Dragon was disintegrated by a torpedo hit launched from my bomber "Arcadian".
the RM were most gracious with praise and thanks for our assistance. 193 and I proceeded to hamburg only to find our 2 Rheinland friends escorting a Battlecruiser [X]Killer[X] from the hamburg system. We assisted in escorting this vessel supporting liberty navy insignia from our borders. Having no authority in Bering the RM droped off and 193 and I jumped to ensure the miscreant was indeed proceeding fully out of our area. Upon arrival in Bering we were immediately attacked by this vessel. A short fight ensued and we had the battlecruisers shields gone in les than a minute. Unfortunately my ship suffered from a huge electromagnetic pulse generated by a malfunction in the Nova's array. (lagged) and i never recovered my systems in time to avoid a barrage of fire from the battlecruiser. My ship was heavily damaged however 193 recovered my pod and a repair ship was sent to recover the wrecked Arcadian. The Arcadian will be operational by tonight due to the skill of our shipwrights at Alster.
it is a major concern that a Navy Liberty ship would feel the need to atack us in a neutral system. I am wary now of the intentions of Liberty navy in our immediate surrounds although there was no evidence to suggest this pilot was anything other than a wolf in sheeps clothing.
I understand the terms of your loan, and appreciate that it is a fault on my behalf that i did not record the ID's. I will fund as fully as i am able, once i have ships up and running.
