Oh yeah ... forgot. In this mode very well done, I'll tell you as a person who has visited on another server ... This is only for this adrenaline and courage of events would be funny to add heavy Flak for capital ships (as once the seas were heavy, long-range guns) with a large damage and long-range shooting, albeit at a low speed flight ... For example a large turret with three trunks (or volley would have been a triple) with corresponding data from a large explosion Flak. It would be funny as a replacement for Mortar - more damage, greater range, but lower speed, lower power consumption ... and fun to be watching such volleys from battleships .... I think many would be interested in this look. Fighters and bombers stood and waited in the wings, when the gods sorted out ...
I believe that missions should give higher payouts, especially those that involve killing capitals. It's frustrating to only get paid 400k or less to complete a mission that takes up an ample amount of time.
Also, an issue has been talked about amongst me and several others. I think that there are too many capital NPCs in the houses. I feel that its unrealistic to have 5 fleets of NPC capitals around Norfolk and such. Player ships should be the main ones taking over, not the NPCs. This is a frustration for hostiles. You are fairly engaging someone, and out of no where appear 2 fleets of dreadnoughts, cruisers, gunboats, and VHFs, in which the lawful that you are fighting decides to take refuge behind the capitals, in which i am forced to flee or die. It is really unfair to be ejected out of the system because of an NPC.
Can we have a clear indicator for that a mission includes capital or gunboat combat ?

since most mission state, that there has been a recon unit, which spottet the enemy.
also is there any chance that FP11 can get some kind of expansion? as of late it's been getting slightly more RP'ed by 'researchers'. so ya if you could like add and extra bio dome or some extra structure to it that would be cool. but if it's too late to do this thats ok i can live with it.
The thing that seriously bothers me is Outcasts not having their own snub shipline. Is it possible for Outcasts to get some Outcast, not Borderworlds snubs in some of the 4.86 updates?
One of the Ideas I have been Kicking around is for Mining, A Ore Processing ship or Smelter. This ship would be long and Simi Thin, But strictly be a Ore Processing plant that takes in lets say Raw gold Ore and breaks it down to GOLD, the Price of GOLD, being bumped up considerably 4x, and the cost for Ore's being dropped to a reasonable amount. The Ship would have a BS power plant and class 7 Turrets maybe class 8 turrets maybe larger weapons, because it would have to be in a Hostile environment and have the flying stile of a Barge, Slow and very clumsy to fly.
How the Refinery would work would be tractor in the Ore, and it would automatically Process a x amount of Raw Ore into Processed metal per minute, lets say the ratio was 4 to 1. lets say you dropped 2000 Ore the refinery would tractor it in automatically and would begin to automatically convert it, and would only give you back 500 Gold. So if you had a 20,000 cargo hold full you would end up with 5,000 of processed Gold, would be nice if it could automatically do a trade request and lets say you bring up a ship with 5k of Ore and do a trade it would automatically figure the 4 to 1 ratio and give you 1,250 Processed metal back.
the ship would be able to get into the trade lanes or not, I do not think the ship should be fast enough to really do trade runs, have a very low travel speed. maybe it would not have a cruse speed faster then 250, but it's slender profile would allow it to at least get threw rocks, as where as the barge can not really go into rocks. this would be my dream ship. I love to mine to make money, hate endless trade lanes so hate to trade any more than I have to.
Defensive weapons:
This ship should be able to beat a cruiser but not a Battleship. But you have to remember that this ship fly's like a barge so chasing some one is totally out of the question. But if a Cruiser gets in close it could trade punch for punch and win, but this ship also needs to have a Mix of defensive weapons, where it can be allowed to have flak cannons and anything else to fight off Bombers and fighters, since how it can not run then it should be able to at least have some kind of a chance to hold it's own on ships that at least get into range. this will be a Pirates Dream to find, so lets make them work for it...:)

With the current nerf on weapons and ships being implemented, I was wondering if perhaps Junker's might be allowed some new faction unique weapons. The Barrager is the only unique weapon that the Junker's have and I thought perhaps a set of different speed and type weapons for fighters could be made. Maybe even a Junker version of Gunboat turrets. Some variety if you will. I know Junkers are not 'meant' to be a fighting faction but we do seem to have a lot of mercs, Hogs, AFA and even [HF] and Gallic factions after us so it's not an uncalled for request.
MY SUGGESTIONS FOR DISCOVERY FL 4.86 LATER UPDATES.
1-All Factions With their own Types of Jumpgates, Lanes, Docking Rings, Moors, Like Gallia . (Just 4 Models Required for each faction).
2-Add 2 or At least 1 Battleship near Borders Jumpgates of each Faction to really look like well guarded Borders of that factions.
3-Dynamic Asteroids Fields
4-Enable Campaign Mode
5-Please Add Previous Versions Ship Models too so everyone have a choice on 1 ship on Models or Designs to buy their choice of Ship. e.g in 4.86 new Spyglass Model, please add the Previous ship or Model too for buy.(little variation can be made on names)
6-Enable Jumpdrive, Cloaking, Base or Station constructing in Single Player mode (offline)
7-Long Lasting Remains of Destroyed Vessels, and Battleship destroy take time and slowly get destroyed.
8-Battleship Destroying Missions for All Factions.
Once this all done ,we get a whole new Freelancer ,Could be Freelancer 2 .
