This is Michael Sevren, skipper of the freighter Wayfarer's Lament. I'm trying to reach the ranking member of your organization with jurisdiction over port permissions at your facility in the Dublin system. I'm needing to sort out a slight glitch here.
A few hours ago, whilst I was passing through the Dublin system on my way to pick up a load of freight bound for the Taus, I was intercepted by one Sean Oliver. This individual claimed to know me, claimed I have been lying about clearance granted to dock at your facility for the purpose of offloading necessities I ship. This individual also curiously labeled me a "pirate", though I know for a fact that there is no reason to apply such a label, as I have committed no acts of aggression in your system, nor in the whole of Bretonia, for that matter. Well, none that you would frown upon, anyhow.
In any case, we came to an accord regarding my intentions within your system, and we parted ways. Left him with a pair of Gaian pilots I figured would be better off growing mold in his hold, than mine.
Roughly a week and a half ago, whilst passing through the Dublin system, I sought to contact your organization as I have an interest in shipping a number of goods to your facility. I stumbled upon one Art O'Harrigan, who I understand may not have such authority. We discussed my purposes, port permissions, and came to an agreement, provided I didn't "tax" anyone in Dublin. Not to worry, I ain't a government, and thus I don't engage in such activity. This meeting is the one in question, which I have been accused of lying about. As it seems my communications logs were deleted in a routine weekly cleanup of my ship's database, I'm trusting in this individual's honor.
As previously stated, I am a freighter captain. I move goods to and fro. Though I reckon none of y'all might remember me from the old Republican days, I've always been a sympathetic friend to Dublin. I just been out of the the loop for a good, long while. Feel free to ask the gents I returned home just a few days back. Or the Corsairs who I claimed bounties on, provided they're still alive.
I've also taken the liberty of attaching a file with embedded authorized signatures clarifying my past and present status with your organization and its affiliates in Liberty:
'Art O'Harrigan 'ere lad. Eye transferred yer message to high command. Eye also tried contacting 'hat Oliver 'bout notifiyin' of yer allowed access. Eye remember yer payed me which eye sent to teh Molly's account. Eye let this now be settled by meh commanders.'

You, Mr. O'Harrigan, and the individuals like yourself, are what make having a relationship with the Mollys a true pleasure. Decent folk to a man, and always have been; from Union, to Republic, to the present day.
Well 'ello there, Captain Sevren. Now I saw ye the other day in Dublin, 'n' I reckon i've seen ye since befer the time we were in our current ehm.. *Coughs* Governmental form.
Consider your access to Arranmore granted under the followin' conditions:
"You will by no circumstances pirate in Dublin, even thinkin' about it is punishable by firin' squad.
You'll continue to periodically send them lovely supplies to Arranmore Base, it gets lonely out 'ere some days."
Now then, are there any things or items ye wish to talk about regardin' specific supplies and shippin' ?
