Hello there, im Jack Russel, an independent trader. I was born on planet New Berlin to a liberty born mother and a Rheinland born father. My father, Cairn, was an accomplished mercenary, but died while on a job for Kruger when he was ambushed by Red Hessians. I have never smuggled a day in my life. My reason for wanting to join is because i want to make something of myself, and explore the sector. I know of a few traderoutes. But am eager to learn more.
Desired Transport number....026-626
Capt. Sid Sullivan of the trader vessel Kobyoshi Maru scratches his head and looks at the computer screen. His personal message buffer was empty and he wanted to know why. Shaking his head, he asks the ship's computer, "Has there been any response from RepEx Shipping regarding my application?"
"Negative", replies the automated voice.
Then the computer screen turns blue. A message box appears and says, 'Windows Sirius has performed an illegal function and must shut down."
The lights of his cockpit go dark as the ship's main power fails.
"Great. Just what I need", he replies sarcastically and heads towards the engine bay.
// Hello? Hello? Is the corporate offices still closed for the holiday? Still awaiting a reply on my application. :D

// That should cover it. Requested name: RepEx-Shipping|McGeorge
Brought into the world by Rheinland revolutionist parents indulged in cardamine trade, little Arnold was, at first, a spoiled brat who got everything he ever pointed his fingers at. His first toys were a Starflier and two Justice Mk I weapons, that he used for harmless target practice in the debrie fileds, outside Baden Baden.
But at the age of 6, everything changed by the deaths of his parents by the hands of the Rheinland Military. All of a sudden, Arnold was alone in the world with noone to trust. It did not take long for him to find himself in the footprints of his parents, dealing cardamine off the streets of New Berlin.
For a while, all was well.
Until the local police got a hold of him at the age of 20. Now, he was sentensed to prison for 30 years, during which he had a revelation; "I need to quit doing this, or I'll spend the rest of my, surely 125 year long, life getting wasted and believing that I am 20 again". When he got out he went straight and started programming weapon simulations for Ageira Co.
Again all was well. Until the second tragedy struck.
At the age of 63, his house burned down.
Now, standing there, having lost everything and being without isurance, he sees an ad on a wall saying:
Republican Shipping Express, Inc.
We move commerce at the speed of light!
Now serving all of the Sirius Sector
What we offer:
A brand new fully stocked large transport vessel
An attractive 5 million credit startup bonus
Access to our database of lucrative trade routes
The chance to explore the galaxy
The ability to make a lot of money
Great benefits package
Nomad transportation licenses
What we require:
Knowledge of and adhesion to galactic rules and regulations(server rules)
The willingness to obey reasonable orders from RepEx management
Strict adherement to social status as a lawful trader (RP)
A love of exploration and adventure
Occasional small contributions to the companies 401K plan (faction maintenance costs)
...and a new revelation strikes.
He pulls together his last money, takes a cargo transport to his depot in Baden Baden, pulls out his old Starflier and travels down to meet up at the designated place for the intervju.
Once he gets there, he is amazed by the vastness of the glass door in front of him, and as he walks inside the enormous room, he's also struck by the constitution of the CEO sitting in front of him.
"Arnold..?" he says.
"Yes sir. Good evening Sir." Arnold replys.
"Would you like to answer a few question for me, please?"
"Very much, Sir"
"Allright. For starters, how long have you been "in the busnis"?"
"For about 10 minutes, but I've had quite some other experience with trading"
"Ok. So why do you want to work here, and what do you think you can bring to the company?"
"First off, I can tell you that I always work hard for reaching my goals. Though I've had a bit of unluck in my life. You see......."
And he tells the CEO his story, about the little boy who grew up, and the CEO listens carefully... After Arnold has finnished, the CEO is silent for a little while, thinking it over, before replying:
"If we were to hire you; what three digit number would you like to be assigned to you?"
"222. Since I am, by now, a little supersticious, I'd like to have my lucky number 2 placed the magic number "3" times in a row, Sir"
"Ok. You may now leave, and we will get back to you after reaching a conclusion about your case."
"Thank you, Sir"
Arnold then turns around and walks towards the door in the back. As he opens the door to walk out, thinking about the intervju, he notices the reflection in the glass. Just for a blink of a second, he could swear he saw the, earlier so serious, CEO smile...
RP Story:
I started my career as a little bounty hunter and mining worker. After sometime i had enough of chasing xenos before being ambushed by hordes of them or praying and shooting fast at silver rocks.I've decided to change career and to try the trader thing.I bought an X-Shuttle and traveled at least 20 systems.I understood that besides of trading, i loved discovering the universe more and more. But as the fate spinned its webs upon my destiny, i got friendly shot by an LSF and lost nearly all my hard-earned credits. Why i want to start over ? Because i did not finish discovering the whole universe.Seeing the most beautiful places and earning money while doing it, i can't imagine a better job.

My family immigrated to Liberty from Rheinland in search of a higher standard of living. My father was had a history as a police stationed on Planet Hamburg, he found work in the Liberty Navy. My mother was a highly-educated computer scientist, she found work with Ageira working as a security specialist on Detroit Munitions. My mother was killed by Lane Hackers while maintaining a communications satelite. My father was later killed by Lane Hackers as he went to avenge his wife's death. My parents left me with enough money to buy a flat on Manhattan. I felt depressed living a life in New York, however, so I sold the flat, bought a Starflyer and headed out into space. On my way to the space-port I saw one of our employment posters and on impulse I decided to apply.

Why do you want to work for RepEx:

...After not hearing from them for a long while, Spoofer decided that it was time to move on.
He left the planet he was on and sent a message for the CEO of RepEx that he was no longer interested. After all, a former drug dealer wanting to get employed as a lawful corperative trader might not have been the best idea. He thanked the company though, for seeing him in an audition.
