I thought what happened with the disco lore is done and set, if a treaty was signed in no matter how long the time difference between mods was (meaning years) then its been written, been signed and thats that, you cant re-write a treaty thats already been made and signed by discvo lore, hence u shouldnt need to have one thats been made already... if u get what i mean?
i hope you do...
if u really wanted a treaty i guess u sholuld get a neutral party of people to write it following the disco lore so it follows the lore to the poiint i guess it is suppose to?
really hope u get where im getting at
Edit: on my post
There was a complaint because your signature violated forum rule 1. Specifically:

You didn't just play the race card did you?! Good Lord, now we're really cooking!
I think a treaty will have to manifest itself at some point. But it doesn't have to be right this minute.
By waiting, we accomplish a very important thing: Not prematurely dictating the RP of several different factions.
We can allow the Ronin some ingame time to interact with the BAF, Samura, Gallia and others. The overall goals of these factions may be set in stone, but how they go about accomplishing these goals, could vary. I wouldn't want to pigeonhole their RP into some sort of script that everyone now has to follow. Very boring. I would love to see some tension between the factions. They need each other, but they hate each other. Allow some hostilities, allow for cooperation. See how it works out, over time.
It would be more fun to see how these factions are going to interact with each other without a strict interpetation of this preexisting treaty. Don't get me wrong, I believe a treaty may come about in time. But there is no need for it to happen right away.
Fine, the treaty is signed and set into the dust inRP. But, nobody knows it's terms. Zelot might be valid in saying that he does not want to sign a treaty again that might be used against his faction.
But.
You definitely need a very clear OORP definition of the Ronin's playing field as far as Bretonia goes. It's called making the rules. If things are unclear to the playerbase, bad things might happen, silly things. And the underlying problem is the distrust between the Bretonian players and Kusari players, seemingly.
Imo, a very important part of an official faction is "beat your enemies up in game, but outside the game you're swell friends." Bretonia isn't an enemy of you right now, and either you or the Bretonian leadership needs to extend an olive branch out of the game, so you can work together and set better roleplay. The same would apply for Gallia, but since Dab is involved in both the pies, it shouldn't be hard.

I'm pretty sure that "Everywhere were Gallics are, at all cost" was an obvious answer to that, from the Gallic point of view.
A few statements have been made by people concerning attitudes of Samura and the AFA towards the Ronin.
All I can suggest is that people take some time to fly around Kusari , and read the updated News Items and rumours, especially in places like Kyushu and Hokkaido. Tau-29 might also be helpful as that is as close as one gets to Gallia on the Kusari side.
As for a treaty? Technically speaking, Bretonia doesn't need the nuts and bolts of a Treaty worked out right now. Various matters could be sorted out as events unfold.
Of course, if Bretonia wanted to force the Ronin to the bargaining table, they could simply modify the Laws of Bretonia to make life very difficult for the Ronin.
This sort of tactic may have a certain familiarity...
