Why the hell was that Liner removed without any iRP Reason? No CR attacking it, no nothing. Typically, a Liner could move to a New location or something. It was place where New Reavers get accepted, old ones hang around and RP stuff can start. Also - iRP clinic.
And as for in-game usage: place for Armories and duels for training etc...
