I think geographically a delivery to Java in Tau 23 or if you need to keep a lower profile when out of Gallia, also Dounby in Orkney will do. If you want to meet me, you'd have to come to Dublin, which is a much longer and considerably more darngerous journey. You choose, Sir, we will remain flexible.
I have already made sure that Dr. Gillian Baskin, the head of IMG's Research & Development Department, will be present to analyze the yet unknown technology and find out how it can be put to use with our Sirian technology.
As you mentioned that ore is of interest, but as you also stated that your ships cannot travel far out, I think the Niobium and Beryl ore types would be most interesting, also the Dublin Gold ore is relatively easy to reach if you fly transports that can evade the guards in Lewis system. This heavily guarded system connects Orkney and Edinburgh, and makes the flight between Gallia and Bretonia very short. I recommend ships that can carry countermeasures urgently.
If you need samples of our ore, we can provide some. But you can trust me that GMS at Alesia station already knows IMG quality standards, so you could also return with a full cargo hold of Niobium. I don't know how Beryllium is mined at the moment. Same offer stands if you go to Dublin, then it would be Gold.

I always appreciate positive developments, especially if they lead to the restoration of a basis of communication and hopefully an end of problems. I also want to stress at this point that there haven't been any noteworthy IMG-LaBrise incidents that I know of, which again means that perhaps our last conversation was a little bit sharper than necessary.
Be that as it may, I am glad my private Casino visit is still possible. Give my best regards to Mr. Marcel Venturi. I hope his casino will be finished soon.
I am also interested in your offer of "much more", as the situation has changed considerably, especially in the Tau region, but also in Dublin operations.
My proposal is: Let's disregard the bad start we had, and let's start this conversation anew.
