Nomad NPCs Dialogues?

I was Checking a voice changer software and some how my mind goes to Nomads NPCs ,at the moment they are Silent they dont speak a single word .
But can we make them to say some thing weired ,dialogues?
I was testing some houses dialogues and changing there pitch and other things and ,their are many weired voices we can dig for Nomads NPCs dialogues!

Yeah i know All are busy in 4.86 issues , i just want to share this idea:P

Insert a text bar, where the picture of the NPC pilot usually is, and put the Nomad dialogue stuff there.

Would be neat. However I think the npc chatter system shares ALL the voices..

So.. in other words say you added some nomad sound effects for their specific use. Some xeno npc or.. mission npcs may vary well have them mixed in.

Im pretty sure the battle chatter isn't specific. The station chatter however maybe. But im sure the two systems are exclusive to certain flags?



of course i could be totally off there. the only mod i know that completely redoes the battle chatter is the RIDDICK mod.

Right Telepathy, so the Radar cant Translate it and gives only weired Voices as output as i mentioned before.

doleo got this idea for 4.87 you can join him and help there. Im sure you got some ideas in mind, but if you share it with devs you may endup with good result.
