Nomad NPCs Dialogues?

I'm not sure nomads have mouths/tongues/stuff that is useful when talking.
I think they communicate through telepathy.

The only canonical source of their communication is through infested host bodies.

We could have them make strange "sounds", like a series of odd tones/hums/whatever. This gives them an active feel.
