At the moment we dont use any cap greater than gunboats. A Carrier is planned as an inRP mobile base of operations. In the end a maximum of 2 Cruiser and the one shared Carrier is planned. The carrier is for High Command only and the cruiser by medium command in special cases.
Gunboats are used for patrols and are only allowed to fly with escorts.

So we as group cant capspam without breaking our own rules.

Sorry, I forgot to put them on hostile list.

At the beginning the basic idea was to establish the faction ''Bundesgrenzschutz''. We stopped the project because in real life it is the police, right now the ''Bundespolizei''. However the Military ID fits better, for protecting the borders, as the RFP ID is more for controlling ships and so on.
