Sirs,
While I was moving to Virginia for routine maintenance and to refit. On my way, I spotted a Bounty Hunter gunboat sitting outside of Richmond. I asked him what his purpose here was and made it clear that it was a restricted system, and he said he was 'equipping' which probably means stealing our technology or spying, and refused to leave or be arrested because he said he was 'green with us', or whatever that means.
I then engaged him, he refusing my demands, and he ran across the system and back to Richmond station, and must have hacked open the airlocks as he managed to dock.
With all due respect, I think that all of our forces should probably be alerted to this trespassing, and this bounty hunter not allowed in Liberty anymore, by force...
