a) Catching up to their transport/freighterner. I.E. breaking off an attack to rejoin their charge.
b) Re-entering a system which had previously been exited.

Consequences: Ok... I think this deserves some special mention. Never in my time as an admin have I had to process three consecutive sanctions on the same person. This time Jerry, I'm taking a rather more extreme measure. I am deleting, yes DELETING, your outcast destroyer, and one of your two traders. The one I didn't just strip down to the bones a few moments ago.
I am also banning you for 21 days. Such a litany of rulebreaking and general idiocy is way beyond the pale, and honestly you're the kind of little punk we don't want on the server.
I have put notifications in your hold for when you get back, and three thousand copies of the rules grace the cargohold of your bretonian trader.
